Near the airport, good airport shuttle, very comfortable beds. The staff were very kind and helpful.

A bit isolated so no options for breakfast or dinner other than in the hotel. A bit expensive for what it is not the only hotel with a shuttle and practical for late flights arriving or early flights leaving. Also, the hotel didn't answer any emails sent via Booking inquiring about the shuttle service. Stars on their site there is no shuttle.

This is handy and efficient for the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had an early start and the shuttle was arranged without a hitch. It's good value and the room was clean and comfortable.

Slightly dated but like much of the region. Shower curtains shouldn't be in modern hotels any more. The shuttle is a bit of a palaver to arrange and that's not immediately clear upon booking. There is nothing nearby.

The location - well out of the city so was green and quiet. The staff were all excellent, from the reception through to the bar and the restaurant Trattoria was really good. Great ambience and the restaurant manager spoke excellent English and recommended a fabulous dish (Oslo buco). We had Avery early check in at the airport so a taxi was arranged to call for us at 3.30am and was right on time. Would stay here again.

Big room in a typical Holiday Inn. Adequate breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived very late in early hours of a morning so a 24 hour reception was exactly what we needed.

Taxi costs to the city are high but you have little choice. Taxi was also expensive to get here from the airport as it is not as close as you might think for an airport hotel and cabs do not like to do this trip.

We had a late night and early morning flight. So, we had booked this hotel. They arranged pickup from airport and drop at the airport, which was good for us in an unfamiliar city. The hotel was clean and the staff were polite.

It's far from the city but that is not the fault of the hotel. It's meant to serve people who wants a stay near the airport.

With paying extra fee - we were able to do early check in. Since next day was early departure and we will miss our pride breakfast - they let us use the included breakfast upon arrival. That was very nice. I like the transportation is on time. However what We DID NOT LIKE was that we had no idea we were suppose to text WhatsApp message for pick up request. NOT a call. So we waited for a while to get a transportation to the hotel. Wish that communication was made it clear to none-spanish speaker guest.

would have been helpful to have some information in the room. times of food service, opening hours for the spa, how to use the tv being english I found the tv complicated. etc. Also very british thing tea, coffee, kettle in the room.

The customer service was excellent. We arrived after an all night flight and they provided breakfast immediately upon arrival, as we would miss breakfast the following morning due to an early departure. Very clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was very appreciated, so we didn't have to arrange a taxi at 3am the next morning!

The restaurant hours and selections were limited.

Always a good option when travelling to or from Ezeiza. It is a good international standard business hotel with a truly excellent parilla located on the side of the building. The rooms are big and comfortable and the free shuttle to the airport is a godsend.

I have stayed many times and have never had any cause for complaint. The staff are attentive and friendly. The rooms are large and comfortable too.

We are satisfied with everything of the hotel. Especially the staffs in lobby bar and the driver of the shuttle are very very nice. It is a very good hotel for early flight travelers.

Just one thing: We stayed on the 5th floor. There was noise from somewhere in the building. It’s not so loud but may be slightly problem for weak sleepers.
