Positive: 1. Great staff, especially Catalina and David 2. Great location, in the middle of “everything” 3. Room size, comfortable and good space 4. Good Breakfast, simple but enough and tasty 5. Great Shower, impressive water flow and temperature regulations, nice bathroom as well 6. Comfortable bed, for a couple, queen size, firm mattress and cozy 7. Quiet at night, silent location even it’s close downtown 8. Amount worth paying, not cheap but not expensive as well 10. Restaurant and bar Moby Dick, located in the main lounge, pleasant place, cold beer and drinks, worth visiting for lunch or dinner

Need to improve: 1. Poor daily room cleanliness, we stayed for a week. The room maid only cleaned “the very basic”, as we noticed the room was never swept 2. Bad frigobar. We asked to fix the frigobar, as it wasn’t freezing. They changed for another one, that also didn’t freeze properly. 3. Bad wardrobe. Only a simple open metal structure The rooms deserve a decent wardrobe or closet, as couples or families staying for some days need a place to store clothes and personal things

The reception staff were super helpful and sweet. Camilla and Lourdes in particular, but all were helpful. We used laundry service and it was quick and inexpensive. We were able to change rooms with no fuss. The location is fantastic.

Room service did not clean well. Breakfast was just adequate, but Abril was great.

The service and the people are amazing on this hotel. Special thanks to Camila who definitely made our stay better and gives the hotel one extra star all by herself!! - Attention to owner: This lady is your greatest asset. The rooms were clean, tidy and with lovely view. Located in a central and secure place in Buenos Aires. Extremely recommended

No closets and the restaurant closes around 23hs

The baked goods were freshly made every morning. The buffet was well presented and the staff was attentive to replenish items as they were consumed. Please suggest that orange juice does not need ice, it becomes diluted and watery.

The hotel has not competed the paperwork to extend Duty Free or IVA exemption/refund by the taxing authorities. The IVA tax is very high in Argentina. The management does not seem sufficiently up to speed on the little things that do not cost them anything but make the experience more everlasting. We shopped at several stores and they provided us with the paper work to present at our departure from Argentina and we expect significant amounts of funds return from taxes paid.

Staff are very nice and helpful. Bed is comfortable. Room is roomy.

More towel and cloth hanger. Hallway is dark

The breakfast was average. ( Juice, Tea, coffee and cereal) If one wanted American style breakfast there was an additional charge. The food in the restaurant was very good, as well as the service

Check in time was too late, because the housekeeping staff starts their shift almost at check out time., not all guest wait to check out late in the morning. It seems the hotel is very frugal and all the staff, we met in December is no longer working at the property. There were not enough hangers in the clothes rack as well as trash cans. The cleaning staff forgot to re-supply toilet papered it created a "crisisInstead of providing full new rolls of toilet paper the staff supplied previously opened rolls.

The location is excellent. Dozens of BA's pearls are just around the corner. The staff is highly professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Additional bonus is the view from the top floor.

Not that we needed extra calories, but breakfasts could be more versatile. Also, there is always a problem with hot water. Sometimes you run out of patience waiting for it.

Great centrally located hotel. Pleasantly surprised by the architecture and design of this smaller but still ample, boutique hotel. Very chic lighting in the hallways to get into the room. The staff was, in general, very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the croissants were amazing!

The restaurant was hit or miss. Sometimes really good, and other times inconsistent. Example: I ordered a chicken sandwich (no modifications what so ever) and it was absolutely amazing. The next day I order the same sandwich (the same way) and the chicken was breaded with a batter that had seeds in it vs without breading it the first time. It also had different a type of bread and sauce to it. Basically a COMPLETELY different sandwich received when ordering the same thing twice.

This is a interesting proposition, housed in a very nice building, it is a nicely put together hotel, comfortable and really well located. The building is really elegant. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious. The staff at the front desk are helpful within their capabilities.

It is not a fully serviced hotel, I guess that was not clear at the time of booking. I guess it's run on a budget. For example, there is no room service or telephone to contact reception, you have to call them on WhatsApp. There is also no bar or restaurant in which to relax. This was quite annoying because sometimes you want to have a drink and there are very few good options nearby. Even when we bought our own bottle of wine they didn't even have a corkscrew to open the bottle. These things could have made a difference.

Very nice and efficient personnel. Very good breakfast. Excellent location. Very good air conditioning. Good Internet. Very good, large bed. Good working desk. Good small fridge.

The shower: very low water pressure, hard to adjust the water temperature and the shower is positioned so low that someone taller than 1,70m would hit his head against it. The safe is almost at the floor level, making it hard to reach and operate. Not sufficient light over the working desk, and a broken light stand made it difficult to work at night. No drawers to put your clothes in. Very small garbage can in the bathroom, none in the room. No telephone in the room, so you cannot call the reception, use an outside line or ask for a wake up call. The TV only has Argentinian channels, no international ones such as CNN, BBC, RAI etc.
