I loved the entrance to the hotel from the street. The street itself is not busy, which is great, the pavement is wide, the entrance doors are large. You enter the hotel without any step and there is a large and airy hall with many sofas at the reception and a small restaurant. We had many bags and were really tired, but all this made check in process very enjoyable. We changed a few rooms during our stay, some of the rooms were very nice, with big windows, facing the street. This is life changing, as it gives so much light and air to the room and makes your stay very enjoyable! -Extremely comfortable beds. -Bath tubs -nicely done kitchen -extremely clean rooms -wardrobe

Some of the rooms had small or no windows, or windows facing the other rooms, which are very close to each other. This alone immediately makes you feel awful and depressing. Without a proper day light I cannot appreciate all other benefits of the room. Some of the rooms require renovation. Wall paint is dirty.

It was a cozy and warm bedroom and it was worth the money - the location is super, near two metro stations, beautiful surroundings. But in a overall, it was a beautiful and affordable stay in Buenos Aires!

The elevator is old and slow, sometimes taking 3 minutes to close and go to next floor, and also the internet was not good in our room. We had to use the cellphone in the bathroom to access the internet. It also didn't have a VAT tax refund for tourists or even an orientation about that.

The hotel is located in an excellent position for walking in the downtown area. The building is easy to find. There was no problems with check in or check out.

The walls are a little thinner than you would expect so the you hear a lot of the foot traffic in the hallways and outside the windows. Otherwise, good location.

There was some construction going on upstairs or nearby. Noisy!!! As with many places the AC points right at the bed - had to turn it off to sleep. The bathtub was a little old and scraped.

It’s clean and spacious. It’s good for a short one night stay but that’s probably about it.

The building and facilities are old. It’s also noisy. You can hear people from the hallway clearly and noises of the planes throughout the night.

Location, bed, internet wifi.

Issues with the air con however always solved by the staff, and if not possible to be fixed within the day a different room was offered.

My stay at the hotel was perfect. The apartment was very good because there was 2 rooms and one space to cook and have a meals. Perfect location. I had coffee in the coffee shop very near to the hotel. I recommend this hotel.

The way the rooms feel like a proper apartment and not just a bed in a empty room. This is our 2nd stay now and it always impresses. Also the staff were fantastic, despite a power outage, they handled it expertly and had no effect on our stay.
