I loved the staff's hospitality, kindness and helpfulness. They were very caring and sweet and made me feel so comfortable as if I was at home! The rooms were super clean and the environment was calm and relaxing. I mainly loved the location of the hotel which was directly facing the main cathedral and right in the center of Ejmiatsin! it's 2min walk from the main market and parks. The breakfast was delicious and rich There was a common kitchen for every floor, which is a great opportunity for guests to mingle and get to cook together.

Everything was great; a few maintenance issues could be fixed but they didn't really bother me;

Beautiful comfortable hotel close to the airport with free airport transfer. Staff are extremely friendly, which created pleasant atmosphere. My room was upgraded, which was very kind gesture of the hotel. Room was very clean with good TV, comfortable bed and lovely view from the window . Breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff were friendly especially Anna and Emma from the reception. Anna was so helpful and guided me through my stay and gave me places to visit and how to reach.even helped me to choose no pork items. Overall my stay was very good and I will come back again to this hotel in the future. I recommend this hotel for people who are looking for a calm, clean, and nice place to stay.

The last bus that goes to the hotel from Yerevan is from 10 to 10-30 PM. After that you have to take a taxi with 3000 to 4000 Drams and if you get more late you will pay more. There's no GYM near the hotel, the nearest one is 1KM away and opens at 4 clock.

The hotel is an amazing value for your money. Taking into account the situation in Armenia I'm sure you can't find anything this nice for this price. The rooms were decent size and clean, with A.C. unit (rarity in Armenia for this price range). Location is right in the central square of the town, inside of a charismatic soviet building. Definitely recommend.

The only issue is the noise insulation, the walls are thin and you can hear some of your neighbours. Street noise however doesn't come through.

Very clean and affordable hotel. Every staff member is very friendly and helpful. You can take a cheap taxi or bus the the city center. Great hotel. Wifi is very fast!

Great staff, nice rooms, clean linen and good breakfast. There is a wonderful view from the windows. With my colleagues or alone, I will definitely come again to stay. The price was also not high compared to the facilities.

There was no problem at all. After noticing a little noise, I asked to change my room, they kindly fulfilled my request, for which I thank you very much. I will definitely come again alone or with my friends.

All the staff is extremely friendly, were ready to help with every question I had, the transfer from / to the airport was very fast and comfortable. Although I booked a room with single bed, the hotel provided to me a room with double bed which was also a nice surprise. The room was very clean, there were all necessary bathroom things (slippers, shampoo etc). The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious, a wide choice of dishes including local specialties. Will definitely choose this hotel again, thank you!

No drawbacks

At the breakfast don't be fooled with the limited choice — wait for a lady to come and serve you the full meal. The room was huge. The price was low. The location was right in the middle of Vagharshapat — the ancient Armenian province. Note — this is not for Yerevan center stay (it is 20–25 min drive from Yerevan and 15 min drive from the airport).

The elevator was the old Soviet style. Maybe at the breakfast it is better to give a choice rather than bringing everything on one plate — my kid didn't eat even a half.

We were 2 people and we were there on a short leasure for 3 nights It was a great stay with great staffs around They were very helpful and friendly Cleaning was done regularly, breakfast was just awesome and the location is very good too Checkin and checkout was very smooth and convenient. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend you to book this hotel for a safe and good stay.

Nothing it was a great stay

If I can give 11 I will give 11, the experience was so good, we came back to stay another 3 days, and they are kind enough to give us complementary airport transfer. We have to put "do not disturb" to stop the cleaner to clean our room (which we are very appreciate). Location is very good, bus stop of minibus 203 (to yerevan every 5 minutes) is near.
