We really enjoyed our stay. The room is spacious and have a big balcony. It felt like home, all kitchen appliances were available. Iron, hairdryer, washing machine... all available. The hotel is secure and we felt very safe as a security guard is on shift every night and the elevator has a card-based access control system. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They helped me book a tour and suggested some itineraries. They were replying to all my queries very quickly. It is near a mall which is a convenient location and not so far from downtown. Overall it is a fair price for the unit booked and service provided.

Good Cleaning services are available everyday, however i think better Cleaning can be provided as the floor remained dusty. Shampoo quality was not ideal. And toothbrush was not provided.

The location was perfect for me being across the road from the tennis courts where I was playing. There is also a very nice mall next door with a food court and a supermarket. The staff were so friendly and both Zara and Mariam made sure I was well look after and were always welcoming. The one bedroom apartment was well appointed and had a amazing views of the city and Mr Ararat

I had been pre-warned about the maintenance work that would be going on during my stay which was helpful. I was however under the impression that it would not affect me as they would finish at 1800 each day. This proved not to be the case. On the last evening the drilling did not stop until 2030 The bed and pillows were not overly comfortable

Size of the apartment and the amenities provided was perfect. Loved the decor of the room and everything about it. Apologies we didn't take any picture before we spread our things around. The staff were very polite, friendly and of great assistance. Mariam and Zhara, thank you! Helped set us up with a car and driver for day trips. Shout out to Armen, who drove us around. This trip wouldn't have been so much fun and comfortable if it wasn't for your kind nature, smart choices and humour. Thank you!

What we didn't like has nothing to do with the hotel, just google map, which kept diverting the taxis to back roads which has not been developed properly yet. Also, I expected the room to have a proper view of the Ararat mountain, but it was facing the other side. Could still see part of the mountain range in a corner. But wide open view compensated for that. So no issues here again.

Everything was very clean and comfortable. For a couple it was very spacious and cozy. Beautiful rooms with a walk in closet in the bedroom. We didnt expect this but even our breakfast dishes got washed by the roomservice! Staff were very friendly and helpful and were happy to answer our questions. Made everything very clear and stress free. The location was perfect for us. Just a bit out of the busy center but still close enough. Across the appartment complex there is a big shopping center where you can buy all your groceries, clothes, make up,... I would come here again for sure!

I think they didnt have a big double bed blanket, the blankets were a bit too small for the bed. We rented a car and there is no private parking to park your car. Thanks to the big parking of the shopping center we could park our car there without a problem when there were no places infront of the appartment to park. It can be a bit of a walk though.

RIS Dalma Collection provides a hotel-apartment experience that caters perfectly to families. Having stayed in both the 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom units, the convenience of being able to cook and do laundry was a standout feature. What a stunning place. Spacious, stylish, comfortable, secure, with everything a person may need. And then there's the spectacular view! Lying in bed in a room flooded with light, looking out to the snow-capped mountains was a special thing. Some of the other things we loved:- the shopping mall directly across the road (2 minutes from our door to the mall door), so we could stock up on whatever we needed; that a Yandex taxi was never more than 2 minutes away (and it's generally about a 10-minute ride to the center of town); that there is 24-hour security in the lobby, so we could arrive at any time of the night and be welcomed and safe; that we could always find parking for our car (either in the road or 50m away in the shopping mall parking); the washing machine and iron (big bonus on a trip away); and that we overlooked the Karen Demirchyan Sports and Concerts Complex and Park. It's a 10 walk through the park to the Genocide Memorial and Museum (a must-see), and to El Garden Restaurant, which we absolutely loved! We really didn't want to leave this apartment!

The apartment was great, spacious and lots of natural light. They had extra blankets which I appreciated a lot during cold nights. The reception team and cleaning staff are amazing. The shopping mall with a supermarket across the street was very convenient. I’ll definitely stay there again.

Lovely apartment, well looked after and the staff are always very welcoming. We stay here quite often because we know we can expect good quality every time. Also right next to a shopping center in case that's something you're into. And the best part is the amazing view from the windows onto Tsitsernakaberd.

It's a little on the pricier side of Yerevan especially taking into account it's quite far out and away from the city center.

The staff was very king and friendly, me my wife and our 3 year old kid had some issues with our plane but despite this the staff helped us despite our flight being delayed as we arrived late at night. The beds were comfy, very big room with a spectacular Mountain View. A mall nearby and everything you need to enjoy your time in Yerevan. Would visit again, recommended 10/10

The apartment is amazing. It's spacious, stylish and has all the necessary facilities to feel like home. The bed and the bathroom were very good. Again the design of the apartment is nice. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Recommend if you are not looking for a location in the center. The drive to the city is only 10 min though.
