What a super, super hotel! Amazing staff, service and support exceeded my expectations (and such a pleasure not to be constantly pestered to write a review! but one is well deserved). F&B very good - try a sundowner in the lobby bar and food at the Italian. Front desk can't do enough for you and the hotel very well located :) Big clean comfortable rooms (though a slightly odd bathroom layout in the suites) Generally I recommend a visit to Armenia - truly steeped in history and lovely people. Do get a local SIM at the airport less than $10 for a month with plenty of data. No uber in Armenia, suggest 'gg' app there is another one but I couldn't download it. You can get a taxi from the street but you need to negotiate the price - as a woman alone I preferred to use the app.

A steam iron in the room is my only ask (there is an iron but not steam)

It was a fantastic stay! The breakfast spread is alright. Special kudos to Andranik Ter-Karapetyan and Satanik who went an extra mile to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location of the hotel is perfect! Also, car parking right by the entrance is helpful if you're having a car.

The hotel is located in a cozy place, near the park! Very friendly staff in the hotel, good breakfasts and nice spa zones with good massage .The room has a comfortable bed, TV, kettle, air conditioning, iron, hair dryer.

There are not enough hooks in the bathroom or shelves, and no dental kits. Housekeeping could be better , but after contacting the reception, the cleaning was perfect.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Complementary tea and water (but an empty fridge). Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice lobby and possibility to hang out after check-out. Impressive gym with good quality equipment. The location might look a bit far out, but if isn't - easily reachable even on foot and taxis are available very fast, as its a practical junction traffic-wise.

While the service in the restaurant was lovely, the food fell quite far behind expectations (while being very expensive). Breakfast is also mediocre.

Reception was good but always busy line to call, bellman was energetic and funny, FnB Manager Gor was amazing! Gor helped us with the issues we had with our couple dinner in the 14th floor and it was transferred to the restaurant. We also liked the hotel coz they have bidet, not like other 3 hotels we stayed before we went to Doubletree. Everything was good so far. We will stay again.

A lil bit off with the way we were treated 2x in the breakfast buffet by the female assistant manager. She should have handed off the mask when we entered the restaurant. She just gave it in our face in front of other guest and servers. 2nd day, we asked if its ok to do room service breakfast as we had early flight but her option was to pay 4000amd instead of giving other options. Thats the only bad experience we had. The place was a bit far from the center, maybe 17mins walk but its ok.

Kettle was liking In both rooms the plugs for the sinks were stacking in sink pipe WiFi last two days was not working property

I would like to say thank you for all staff and service provided even though Yerevan doesn’t provide the best service comparing to many countries, this hotel is a true Hilton brand. Thank you to reception team for your assistance and guidance. Lovely restaurant Mora and it’s staff, food is delicious. Definitely will come back here again during my next trip to Yerevan.

The only thing which I don’t think can be fixed in the near future is the absence of soundproofing system especially in the rooms and the noise heard from the street.

Excellent stay in Armenia, good value for money and the staff have been amazing from the moment I walked in till I had to leave. The bed were comfortable and soundproof was good too! Excellent service all over, spa, bar, conciergerie etc.

High in Cleanliness, courteous and helpful staff, excellent location, good food and we as a family enjoyed the stay. Lobby manager and the staff at the reception including Marie was so helpful.
