Tatev at the front desk was VERY polite and was very accommodating in my native language, which was a very pleasant surprise. She was available for questions and any help I may have needed and allowed me to pay for an additional guest the next morning when I found out my friend would be staying with me!

Breakfast is good and I enjoyed Lobby Bar. Location is not center but near ARARAT Factory and Bus Station so it is very good for me.

The staff was professional and friendly. They could speak English very well and communicate quite effectively. The breakfast was terrific and quite satisfying with great various options.

The pool was so small and the water was cold. the bathroom's floor did not have a drainage system so water would remain on the floor for a long time which made the room humid.

The hotel has a great location and nice atmosphere. The room, bed and towels are always clean. Very polite staff.. highly recommended family suits .👌

The furniture is quite old and the pool and sauna don’t correspond to the 4 star hotel

Good-sized room with air-con, kettle and fridge and a large spotlessly clean en-suite bathroom. The hotel is very easy to find; the airport express bus drives right past the front door. It is however right on the southern edge of the city centre so there is a bit of a walk (all slightly uphill) to reach the main sights

The location of the hotel was very good, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent

The rooms were very cold, there were no toothbrushes, and the bathroom faucet was a bit problematic

Excellent hotel on the edge of Yerevan city center. Fantastic lobby, classic interiors, excellent paintings on all floors, big rooms, great views on Ararat factory from top floors, cozy bar, very helpful and friendly hotel staff. I stayed in many hotels in Yerevan, but could not find anything better for the price. Highly recommended!

This hotel is great and only a short 10-minute walk from the Republic Square, so you can easily reach North Avenue and other central spots. Inside, the hotel combines a classic design with a modern building, giving it a charming feel. My economy room was spacious and bright, featuring a comfy king-size bed, a cozy corner sofa, a handy coffee table, and a practical desk. The bathroom was very clean and had a bathtub. They even provided two complimentary water bottles every day. The WiFi worked well, allowing me to do video calls without any problems.

Although having a pool was a nice feature, it was a bit disappointing that it wasn't heated.

Everything was very good. Very friendly staff everywhere. Clean rooms. Good service. Breakfast has good variety of different food from local meat dishes to fruits. View from our room on 5th floor was amazing (photo attached). Sauna facilities are amazing. Massage was 12 of 10! We had late evening flight, so checked out and were walking in city. Then we came to pickup our luggage from hotel's storage room and they also allowed us to take shower on sauna floor. That really helped a lot before long trip. We all have only good memories about this hotel and people working there. Highly recommended hotel!

No spare cutleries on breakfast. Also, they rarely change used dishes, mostly upon request. This isn't critical, but would be improved. One day water in pool wasn't "crystal clear" but acceptable, I'd rate in 7-8 of 10. However, other days of our stay it was perfect. We might just catch the moment before cleaning or so.
