- Location. Somewhat central location (15 min walk to the Republic Sq) and as well very quite (the hotel is located in the inner yard between the apartment houses). - Tea facilities in the room. - Staff. Is very friendly and helpful. - Beds are comfy and there are free slippers. - Breakfast is nice, half of which is home cooked.

- There is no central heating, only aircons which is tricky in winter with negative temperature at nights. Aircon heating was poor (hotel reception has a better one), taking a shower was a challenge. - There is no elevator (but hotel staff helps with getting things upstairs). - Price for the airport pick-up is 3x up the price of YandexGo taxi.

The breakfast was really homey, location is good just a bit hard to find by the driver but the staff are very friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and they made sure we have no problem with that.

Just the location. Area wise it is good. It is just inside of the compound. When you walk it is ok, but if you book a taxi, chances are they would be lost.

Staff was wonderful, very helpful, knowlegable, pleasant, they did the extra step. The beakfast was excellent and had nice assortment of Armenian and international dishes, l also liked the room service. The room was skillfully designed for comfort and work. Location is very good, central and close to everything. I highly recommend it.

A very good place to stay once in Yerevan. It is not distant from the main square and the neighborhood is full of markets and things you might need. The entrance of the hotel is a big hidden, but once you get to know the place you don't miss it. Rooms very comfortable and the staff is just incredible. The manager is a wonderful person. Helped me with the payment in dollar, with the PCR test, very nice in the way he treated me. The other employees also were very kind. The breakfast is a feast. The lady in the kitchen is very nice and proactive, always asking if everything is fine and offering options. I will come back to Yerevan soon and I hope to be able to stay at the same place. I was very happy with may stay.

I don't have anything I could say I didn't like.

room is comfortable ,warm(at winter) with very soft beds and a nice window that open to a little park. the pressure of water is acceptable and there is a hose in toilet to wash(its pleasant for most of Iranian) break fast is delicious and they charge frequently every where is neat and clean if you are solo traveler you should know the area is safe

there are no slippers and tooth brush in room so bring them with yourself not quiet during the day( because of the kids playground.) but that wasn't annoying for me Like most hotels, the walls are thin i couldn't find some where to eat dinner the street was too dark and lonely(.the pizza i ordered was one of the best I've had in Armenia)

I loved staying at My Hotel, my room was great, comfy and in good condition, always clean. Breakfasts were exceptional. And the value for the money is unmatched.

A little noise can come in from the halls through the room door if there is someone noisy out.

Carpet really needs replacing, it is stained and looks filthy, no satellite TV only Armenian and Russian analogue channels

Modern boutique hotel with very helpful staff and a handy location for exploring the city. Tremendous vfm given the facilities and breakfast included. Fab air con!

We had the ground floor and the noise quite late at night and early morning awoke and kept us awake; particularly the kids playing under the window and kicking the ball off the wall.

Very clean and cozy, though carpets were not in the best condition, but they provide free slippers. Room service is very good. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help you. Delicious breakfasts that can be enjoyed not only indoors but also outdoors.

The lighting in the room was not enough to work in front of a laptop.

Very supportive staff. Previously I have stayed in the hotel. They upgraded me to an apartment.

One night there was a power outage for a few hours. Due to flight schedules from and to Europe they should consider offering early check-ins and late check-outs.
