The Staff was so accommodating! I booked very last minute because another stay in Yerevan cancelled on me after having already reserved through booking.com. They were not only able to take my reservation at a moment's notice, but they also were extremely accommodating and made sure I was properly set up in the room, knew where I was in relation to the city, and helped me with food delivery. The room was also very good, great A/C, solid wifi, comfortable bed. I extended my stay by an extra night! No complaints!

Honestly nothing! The hotel itself is a little back off the road which makes navigating to it for the first time (and coordinating food delivery) a little difficult, but it's minor and easy once you have figured it out.

The accommodation was very good and provided all the facilities you need. It is in the city center and offered at a very reasonable price. The staff was friendly and helped me with my luggage.

This hotel was really good. of course, don't expect something fancy, but for the value of the money. It's really super. most important point for me is cleanliness. Cleanliness was ok. The Staff were so helpful and nice. the location is excellent, 1 minutes to the metro station, and about 15 minutes walking to Republic Square (city center). many nice restaurants and shops around. the temperature inside the room is very warm, although it was freezing outside. I recommend this hotel. and I'll definitely go back.

one small issue is the water heater. if you tried to take shower from 8 - 9 AM, the water will be not hot. it'll be ok though, but not hot. I overcame this problem by taking hot shower before 7 AM.

The rooms are quite large and contain all the basics. The WiFi in the hotel is very fast and is among the best. The rooms are generally quiet. The air condition works very well.

1) It is not very close to the center. A good 25 minutes of walking is required to get to the center of the city 2) It is not impeccably as clean as you might expect. Cleanliness is quite acceptable but is not on par with some of the more expensive hotels. 3) Despite putting the sign to clean your room, the room might go uncleaned for the day

Location was great, lots of restaurants, coffee shops around, also near SAS supermarket(which has money exchange). Hotel was about 15mins walk to Republic square & Cascade complex, very convenient location. Room was spotless clean, & size was very spacious, like theres an empty space in the corner, would be great if they added another chair. Our room was in the ground floor near the reception area, thankfully on the 1st night it was so peaceful. Bed was king size,comfy, blankets were 2 double size, so each of you have your own blanket instead of one,which was fine. They have a safe inside the cabinet. Bathroom was complete with all amenities. Hot shower water pressure was good. The receptionists were very helpful & fast in researching for us tours. They allow to leave luggage's after check out. The room heater was weak, although it was On and we had adjusted it to max and the AC was off the whole time, still the room felt very cold, same in the bathroom. Given our room was near reception, expect there would be minimal sounds from reception/lobby area. Otherwise all was fine.

This is a charming little hotel tucked off the main street. The location is perfect - the Cascade and Opera House are nearby as well as the metro, and a nice park. There are of shops and restaurants in the area. Staff are friendly and helpful, and graciously let me check in a bit early. My room was diagonal across from the reception area but it wasn't noisy for me. It was a large room and the walls seem well insulated from sound. The water was hot with excellent pressure. The heating was warm. Wifi was good. Toiletries were provided as well as coffee, tea, sugar, and water. The hotel is clean and neat and I found the bed very comfortable. The only con for me is that there was a loud noise that went off and on when I used the shower. It seemed to be coming from a motorized unit in the corner of the bathroom which I think was the hot water heater. It was an irritating sound, but it only happened when I took a shower so it didn't last long. When I turned off the shower, the noise stopped. It was loud enough that I thought it was probably disturbing the person in the next room and I was worried that I would hear the same horrible noise when the person in the next room took a shower, but I never did. All in all, I thought the hotel was very nice and it exceeded my expectations. I would def stay there again.

Location is great if you want to visit Yerevan Price is excellent for what you get I liked it had a 24/7 reception as we arrived late in the night and the check-in was very smooth

- We did not had hot water first evening, rest of the days water was warmer but not great for the winter season (for me personally it was not a major issue)
