The staff were very friendly and attentive. The pool, although small, had a good temperature and was clean. The spa temperature was lovely. However, the button did not work, so it was more of a hot bath. The rooms were a good size, with a great sized, mostly covered balcony. No washer or dryer in room, but the shared laundry room was sufficient. The mattress was a bit too firm for our liking, and I ended up with a sore neck, even using our own pillows. The single beds in the studio portion had a nice mattress. Kitchenette facilities were great. It had pretty much everything you needed, although I would take a sharp knife and herbal tea if that's your thing. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was great. The exhaust fan could have used a clean, and the timber dining table should probably be changed as it was sticky due to the temperature . The location was near perfect for us, although I was the access to the beach was closer. It was a short stroll to the main street with plenty of food options, including cafes, restaurants, and ice cream/gelato shops. The street is very busy during the day, but the undercover secure parking is on the side street. It was too dangerous to turn right from. However, you can turn left and then go around the roundabout just a minute down the street. Overall, it was definitely value for money and would stay here again! Thank you for a great holiday!

Loved the location, 5 minutes from the main street in Byron Bay. Very clean and modern. The room was quiet at night (room was facing side street, away from the main road), and a super comfortable king-size bed, soft like a cloud. Instructions are easy to follow on self check in. The swimming pool is very clean. We stayed in more expensive places in Byron Bay that weren't half as good as this one. Large car park, elevator from the car park which made it handy for the luggage. Lots of space in the room, had iron, lots of hangers/clothes storage. Room facilities are comparable to a nice hotel. Strong internet and strong air conditioning. Very impressed with this place.

It was rainy, and I wish that a mop was supplied in the room/balcony because the floor got dirty very quickly, and we had nothing to wipe it with. There was a sweeping brush, but no mop. There is no easy access to the beach, and it seems like other accommodation on this street have their own beach access. Tv was in a weird position to the bed, but those are just little details. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Big room with kitchenette, very clean, good location (walking distance to Byron city centre and to the Main Beach). We were lucky our room was on the top floor, facing the back street, so pretty quiet. Secure free parking was great.

Calling it a Resort is a bit of a stretch! Small pool and that's pretty much it in terms of facilities. Basic amenities (soap, shampoo), even limited toilet paper (you have to pay if you need more than 2 rolls - rooms are only serviced every 7 days). Aircon just OK, bed was OK. Not a cheap stay so value wasn't amazing, but overall good experience.

The property was clean, new and comfortable. walking distance to the main part of town and Treehouse. We felt very safe here and was great to have access to a pool, spa and bbq. Also a small win but it was great to have an actual fridge and freezer, normally you get a fridge that barely keeps anything cool. Very easy to check in as well!

Nothing against the owners of the apartment but Saturday morning a drunk guy was able to enter the premises very early on and was banging on our door and neighbours.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the facilities that you need. The location was great except for being on a busy road but is just a short walk from the centre of town. Emma, the manager on duty was excellent and tried her best to help us when we complained about the traffic noise.

We had an apartment facing the road and it was noisy. It wasn't bad at night but the traffic built up early in the morning and was annoying. The rug on the tiled floor in the living room was slippery and you had to take care.

The room we had 6B was on the ground floor and had direct access to the pool. The beds are super comfy. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk into town. The spa was warm and the pool very clean. Easy self check in process and free parking.

Being on the ground floor the room was a little dark and there was no sun on the balcony. (I would recommend a 1st floor apt during the cooler months) The property is on is the main road into Byron and is noisy during the day (although you can only hear the noise from the bedroom). At night it was quiet enough to sleep. The pool is very small and only 2 sun beds and 2 chairs.

Comfy bed. Quiet side street views. Underground parking.spacious. kitchenette. Large shower. Lift to upper floor. Sunpipe in windowless bathroom great idea.

For the price paid for the room to then have to pay laundry charges on top to use the machines may seem petty but it should have been included. Dull lighting throughout.Plastic chairs in dining area uncomfortable and tacky. Kitchen needed new frying pan and more cutlery...enough wine glasses to host a dozen though!

The apartment was so close to town but very quiet rooms, very well stocked with cookware - even milk for coffee which I always struggle with at hotels! very comfortable bed, check in was a breeze, pool was nice, staff were great - highly recommend - will stay here again.

Only minor thing was the blue light from the air con. I had an eye mask on but was still quite bright in the dark. Def recommend the staff put a little sticky or something over it so it’s lovely and dark. But overall not a big deal.

Bed was super comfortable, and room had big balcony. Very calming and stylish decor with fully equipped kitchen area. Close proximity to town and beach. Pool area has lots of lovely plants and is very green like a little oasis. Very relaxing hotel to recharge your batteries.

Quite noisy due to next door banging the external door frequently. Bathroom very small. Pool area lovely but not enough seating to cater for many guests.

The interior of the apartment was stunning. Gorgeous furniture and decoration. The bed was one of the comfiest I have been in. Fully equipped kitchen, fully connected to so could watch Netflix etc, cute little balcony with swing chair.

Communal laundry was great although private would be better but this was not an issue as was only $5 for each machine. Pool area quite small but was a lovely bonus.
