Location to everything in walking distance. Room size was good. Comfortable bed. Easy access from carpark to rooms by lift. Dishwasher and washing machine were much appreciated during the stay.

Neighbours who are inconsiderate with banging both doors all times of day and night as it vibrates thru the apartment. The lounge cushions are feather and down and the quills stick through and prickle. Feathers are continually coming out. The clothes dryer needs to be looked at as the filter doesn't work and fluff is blown through the bathroom.

location was great. beds were comfortable. apartment was large. lots of restaurants and cafes.

the lighting in the kitchen was terrible. very dim. full cost of stay was taken before we had even arrived. when questioned on this they did reverse the charge as I had planned on using a different card upon arrival. I have never had the full amount charged prior to check in with any other hotel. pool was very small however they had done as much as they could with the space.

Great location in centre of town. Spacious and nice decor, big bathroom with lovely shower. There were nice touches which indicated that the person preparing/cleaning the apartment took extra care. Eg towels cushions, bedding, beautifully presented. Easy access to and from car park. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bed was too soft and lacked support. Also the two sides of the king size bed were uneven in height.

No real welcome friendly vibe from any of the staff, many times I was struggling to go through the doors with luggage or groceries and it was just me and my toddler. No help given had to ask and could clearly see I needed it, had to ask. Only thing that let the stay down, other than that was nice.

The Apartment was in a perfect location and really comfortable. Its beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The Staff were all really lovely and helpful. The basket of local food to purchase was a nice touch and not overpriced. We enjoyed the Byron Bay corn chips and salsa. We have already booked again for next year.

Location is fantastic. Apartments are big, clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Secure, underground parking is available.

Lights were very dim, however staff said they are in the process of being changed to brighter lighting.

Lovely, spacious and clean. We were super impressed by the unit and how modern and clean it was. We are hoping to come back soon and bring our dogs. The bathroom and shower in particular was very nice! Easy to check in and the team on the desk were so friendly.

Bed was fine, location was awesome. I particularly liked the very trendy cafes directly opposite the hotel. I tried them all, and they were all very nice ! Staff were helpful and nice.

The staff and the hotel was perfect for my wife and I. Very friendly , the room was spotless and very private and also in a very convenient location of Byron Bay. Close to the beach and amazing restaurant's and shopping out lets. Would recommend any person requiring a nice quiet getaway to this hotel.
