Rm1: The bed - the best ever and the heater - toasty!!! Didn't run out of hot water, LOVED the free water and room service. Rm26: Bed was amazingly comfy and the shower was the best before a good night's sleep.

Rm1: Bugs on the roof of the bathroom - scared the kids. Toilet seat wouldn't stay up (for the lads). Not enough pillows (we are two pillow sleepers) Out dated. Rm26: Tap in bathroom was running (not dripping) non-stop all night, even with taps being tightened as tight as humanly possible. Sofa wasn't as comfortable as expected but enough to be able to sleep some of the night. Out dated.

Comfortable, clean accommodation. Well located close to town center. Staff were friendly and helpful. Safe and quiet at night. Room was spacious and had all you need. Overall a good stay and reasonable value for money.

Some aspects of the room and facilities are getting a bit tired and some of the linen may be due for replacement.

The staff were fantastic. Booking in was a breeze. Staying just after Boxing day most of the town was closed down. We booked the Copper City hotel and they had a bar & restaurant open. The beer was cold, they had a happy hour and the staff were cordial and attentive. I had a special of the day and it didn't disappoint. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. The room was spacious, clean and had a good shower. The rooms are aging and the bed a little soft but had everything I required

This is a country motel in the middle of nowhere so I expected the usual slightly tired but comfortable place. I expected too little. I could not work the heater - they promptly sorted it out and it was quiet and efficient all night. The real bonus - the bed, so comfortable, such lovely sheets, so wonderful. the room itself is modern and had a comfortable couch for my husband to watch TV - I used my wheel chair. An excellently located and height bench for me to sit at. all in all a great room. Another bonus is the Thai restaurant who for a $5 charge will deliver to your room delicious hot food after 6:30 but you can put your order in earlier (the flyer is in the room book). The Pad Thai was excellent, it went well with the shiraz we got earlier at the local IGA. Not far to walk to the RSL for dinner if you prefer. Absolutely plenty of parking, easy to get into and out of.

Nothing - it was perfect

We had a resident mouse in the room. He had already devoured one packet of two biscuits, and had half finished the second packet. We had requested a double/queen bed but was allocated a room in the back blocks with single beds. The mouse (we named him Rupert) could come and go freely through the gap under the door. As indicated, the staff were very helpful.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage. Every convenience to make for great stay. Obviously recently renovated. Staff exceptionally friendly. Most comfortable beds 🙂. Washing machine & dryer, air con all rooms. Very roomy, lots of space to spread out. Highly recommend.

Maybe small outdoor table and chairs out back?

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was more comfortable than I expected and the pillow nicely plump.

It's an outback type of accommodation, so don't expect city or metro quality or experience. Instead, accept this location for the price point it is, yes an older premises, it's cost effective and reflects the age of the building.

Hot water with great pressure, comfy beds, good location with a nice restaurant on site

Not the properties fault but they have bins outside that are very small and hence I was woken by a stray dog outside digging through the bin. Perhaps investing in wheelie bins that they can’t access

We’ll located right adjacent to the town centre. Motel is located close to the main road but we did not notice any traffic noise at all. Now has bar and restaurant which is very convenient.

Nothing at all really, but found the music playing in the restaurant to be too loud and not relaxing after a day on the road.

The beds were super comfy. The man in the office was very warm and friendly, and super helpful. The size of the room was great for 3 people.

The shower for 2 of our party was cold as they used the shower after tea. Luckily I waited until midnight (which was not a good idea as I had to drive a long way the next day) and had a warm (not hot) shower. That was the only negative in our stay.
