it was a lovely property. Tastefully decorated, well looked after, very clean, good comfy beds. air conditioning was great. only slight downside was the steep steps to access the property as it’s upstairs on the second floor. I missed seeing this on the website. Its important information for those with mobility issues like me ! despite this we had a really pleasant stay

access to the accommodation was only via steep stair case.

The flat was fantastic, the keys were picked up from the adjoining hotel. Check-in was easy and simple. The flat is well appointed with everything a traveler could need including a washing machine. Had a few cold beers at the Criterion Hotel which adjoins the flat. It was a busy night at the pub so we ate elsewhere. I would recommend the flat to everyone with one proviso, and this would only happen occasionally and described below.

Loved the flat, however on the Saturday night we stayed the hotel hosted a disco which was set up in the beer garden just below the flat. The music was not all to my taste but I am an old fart. I am lucky because I always carry ear plugs but my partner doesn't. I believe the music may have went on until the early hours of Sunday. In the front bedrooms I heard little but my partner was kept awake by the loud music. The only thing I suggest is if you are staying a Saturday night enquire about any planned music events and definately take earplugs if you are not going to the event otherwise the flat would be great on the other 99% of nights.

The Flat Accommodation @ The Cri on Main is amazing. You're welcomed by friendly staff upon arrival and shown to your room, which is up the stairs adjacent to The Criterion Hotel. Once upstairs, you enter the room into a lovely lobby/entrance area then onto the lounge and dining area. Huge TV, comfortable chaise lounge. Good size table and chairs to grab a bite. Onto the kitchen, which is huge. A full size fridge, cooktop, oven and microwave are waiting for you. All the pots, pans, cutlery and crockery you would need. There's a small balcony off the kitchen. Full size laundry including washing machine and dryer. Generous and modern bathroom, double sink, huge shower. The bedroom is down the hallway and is generous. Comfortable bed, another smaller TV. A huge balcony off the bedroom facing the street for those relaxing afternoons. Clean, modern and generously sized. Highly recommend The Cri on Main.

Spacious and comfortable. very impressed with this accommodation. Great location. Generally quiet.

make sure you close the bathroom windows if there is a function in the beer garden or the cigarette smoke smell can come in but if keep closed not an issue at all.

The unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay, room to move around and clean comfortable accommodation, verandah to sit out and watch the world go by if you wish. Right in middle of town to do your exploring around grenfell's attractions. Lovely old building and nice selection of meals to pick from downstairs at the hotel.

All good...no complaints here. Is excellent accommodation.🤗..maybe the only downside might be the stairs up to unit if physically impaired.

The location was perfect, on the main street of the town and walking distance to places I wanted to visit. GThe unit was modern, comfortable and had everything we could need

I love this place and have been here before. The unit is large with a laundry, new looking bathroom, comfortable lounge, heaps of cupboards, decent kitchen facilities. It even has a foyer to leave shoes. Somehow there was always a parking space just outside the door. We ate at the same pub and the food was well prepared and the salad was fresh. We were right in town.

The towel rail fell off but was easily fixed. There is a flight of stairs to manage but that wasn't an issue for us.

Absolutely superb accommodation for two couples. There are many steps up to the room. This may be an issue for some people.

Nothing at all. It is perfect.

The two of us stayed in a very large apartment with two bedrooms, a large balcony, fully equipped kitchen, new bathroom, laundry, a separate balcony with a BBQ. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. The balcony looked over the main street and was very pleasant at breakfast time. There was a secure and private entrance and we felt very safe. Excellent location.

There was a long flight of stairs but that wasn't a problem as we were able to park just at the bottom of them. It was above a pub but it was very quiet and private.
