Property was excellent Well maintained Reception staff exceptional. Thank you for assisting me with time to sleep after a travelling & night shift. Kindness was much appreciated.

That maintenance came banging on my door then opened it even though I called out to him 3x that I was coming to the door . This was so he could fix a power point cover. Luckily I had the latch across! Then he was annoyed that I wouldn’t let him in & made him come back - as it was not convenient.

Clean, comfortable room with plenty of space. New and modern decor. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious and very functional. Loved having two sinks. Staff at reception were friendly and very helpful. Loved the location - enjoyed wonderful food across the road at the Young Services Club. Fantastic option to charge the meal to our room.

Chairs at the table could have been more comfortable and be able to be used for eating at and relaxing. Did not like looking out the window at a high concrete wall. There was only enough cutlery for one person with 2 people staying in the room. The cleaning staff knocked on our door and came in at 8am while we were still in the room. My husband was in the bathroom - close call.

Being across the road from the club made it convenient to have a couple of full strength beers with dinner & stroll back to the motel room

The toilet cistern is too large for the position of the toilet bowl not allowing for the seat to stay lifted without being held . No plug for either the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink so the Coffee cups could not be washed up just rinsed with hot water

The room was so spacious and well appointed. Huge bathroom. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Small table and chairs made in room breakfast service very pleasant and the breakfast itself was very good. Great location opposite the Services Club where we had a delicious dinner. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to all our friends.

It needed more reception staff at check in and check out times, as phone calls interrupted service to people at counter for considerable time. Allocated parking would have been nice. Oversized vehicles should not be allowed in the general area.

The room size was so big. It's the biggest motel/hotel room I ever had. I also love the 6 month Service Club membership that was awesome. We had 4 meals in 2 days at the Service Club plus the reception provide a microwave when requested. Cannot ask for more.

It can get noisy at times as it was during the cherry festival from other guests but it wasn't long and not in inconvenient time.

This room was amazing in size. We did not expect to have not only a large room, with a separated entrance, but also a couch to relax in, whilst reading or watching TV. iLighting in the room was exceptional. We like to read and often we stay in places it is so hard to do so, because of poor lighting, this was not the case, it was easy to read, both sitting up and in bed. The bathroom was masssive, including a bath separated from the shower. To top that off 150 metre walk to the Soldiers Club which has amazingly great bistro meals. This accommodation makes me want to come back to Young. and we will definitely stay here again.

Water pressure in the shower was the only thing that was disappointing. However we showered in the morning of checking out, and therefore possibly at the same time as most others on site, so that could have impacted the water pressure. The water pressure in the bathroom sink and the kitchen sink were both very strong and hot water in abundance, so this probably supports the timing of our showers more to be the issue with water pressure in shower. I cannot find anything else not to like about this accommodation, it was excellent.

King size bed, huge walk in shower, double vanity, large kitchenette, outdoor space and size of the room.

Guests staying next to me and on the 2nd floor were not respectful after 12.30am and I had to ask them to leave the area outside my room. This is not the fault of the Motor Inn.

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Room was a great size and quiet, bed was very comfortable, shower had good pressure. Everything we needed was there, loved the addition of temporary membership to the Club, savings on meals and drinks. Have stayed before and will continue to stay whenever we are in Young. Highly recommended

We often come to see our son in Grenfell. We always book at the Federation. We can always be assured that we will have a clean tidy room, with excellent service. We are returning customers.

I would like the option of lactose free milk. Longlife, kept at the office, in case it's needed. I usually bring my own. Otherwise, everything else is excellent.
