Brilliant location for us - great view from room 503 and Unit was spacious. Easy parking and surprisingly quite given the main road location. Convienience of restaurants located at the base of the building was an added bonus.

Unit was a little dated - but that's OK. What I couldn't accept was the following: rusty bar stools at kitchen bench rusty toilet buttons on both toilets - clunky to use warned and cracked leather lounge stove rangehood/exhaust fan not working Ensuite shower leaking onto floor These things you expect in a 2/3 star hotel but not at Reflection 2.

The location was perfection. Right opposite the beach, above lots of cafes and shops and easy walking around Coolangatta’s main streets. Underground car park was a bonus! The pool area was brilliant, and the gym was well equipped. The apartment size was brilliant, so much room and the view was stunning. The staff were excellent, very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

There is only 2 lifts which service 20 floors and 3 basement levels, so be prepared to wait a while! The apartment was starting to age and had dust on the walls and skirting boards etc and mould around the air con. Needs a lick of paint and good deep clean. General cleanliness like kitchen, bathroom etc was fine.

Our apartment was perfect for our family and the balcony bifold screens were an excellent bonus. The lifts were very efficient and staff very obliging, also the maintenance man was super helpful and friendly. Our holiday at reflections tower 2 was excellent and we would definitely book again in the future if we were able to rebook the same apartment.

The balcony furniture was in very poor condition, also the dining room chairs. Some areas of the apartment needed a good clean, I'm sure the cleaning staff do their best but perhaps they need more time per appointment.

Very large unit- lots of open spaces & separation for big groups. Large well supplied kitchen. We were 3 families. Excellent location, very handy to beach, parks, grocery, shops &cafes etc & great ocean view. Well appointed with AC & TV's. Accommodating staff. 2 car parks for the 4 bedroom unit 1301.

Lounge furniture modern but very worn. Floor mat & cushions are heavily stained (wear&tear)& needed good steam or dry clean. Beds were too soft for us. Loose glass top coffee table was an accident waiting to happen. (We moved it to a bedroom instead of risking it).

Awesome view, spacious apartment, great location, we were attending a two day event at Twin Towns which was just across the road. There is plenty of place's to eat or you can cook your own in the apartment. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.

I felt that the reception closed a bit early but that is a minor problem because I had no problem contacting someone by phone on arrival and in all fairness they did send me a text message for late arrivals with clear instructions as to what to do but I didn't think to check my phone at the time

Well situated, walking distance to everything we needed. Great parking. Spacious and furnished lovely. Stunning beachfront views. Not noisy considering on esplanades. Reception staff lovely.

Lounge needed replacing as it was also a sofa bed. Only used to sit on but it was sagging. Also stained but what cream to start off with so no hiding it. If I had to be picky …No body wash included but double shampoo and conditioner. Could have been an oversight. Tea and coffee basic brands considering.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, with both bedrooms having an amazing view of the ocean. The apartment itself was fully fitted with everything we needed, it is located on the prime section of Coolangatta, right opposite the beach with plenty of shops and a few restaurants nearby

Bed was not 100% comfortable, the mattress could probably do with an update, felt like it has been used and needed to be more supportive. Also no all of the door locks, to the main bathroom and balcony worked/or they were temperamental and only sometimes locked.

Location was great, walking distance to everything View was excellent and breathtaking Beds were comfortable

Furnishing was average, could do with some modernizing Lounge was very comfortable, but so hard to get up from it, my husband has had two knee reconstructions and found it quite difficult at times

The apartment we stayed in was on the 8th floor and definately had the wow factor. Nicely decorated. Stunning views. Walking distance to clubs pubs and restaurants. The appliances were great - an icemaker in the fridge - coffee machine. It felt very generous. The security in the building was also great. Needing a fob to enter lifts and foyer afterhours.

There was not alot we didnt like. If I had to think of something I would say the carpet and the ceiling fans could use a clean.
