Fantastic staff at front counter. Very helpful and personable. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Convenient location.

A little pricey for the standard and the pic is better than the reality. Thought we were getting a hotel with a dining room option to accommodate for late arrival if everything was shut but no sign of menu or dining room. Pool was dirtyish and very small.

The continental breakfast was ready at the set time, was well set up with juice, yoghurt in the fridge, a good selection of cereal, 3 different breads several spreads and tea and coffee. Gluten free options were available as well. The host was readily available to assist if necessary.

We were very happy with our room. While the carpet showed signs of wear, the bed was clean and comfy and the towels etc were great, dishes and microwave a bonus, lovely clean bathroom.

We had a forced stay at Narrandera for a night and booked Bishops Lodge 10 minutes before we arrived at the motel. The lady on reception was so helpful and friendly. The room was large, the bed very comfortable, a large bathroom with plenty of hot water and air conditioned. There was a microwave, quite a large tv, ironing board and iron and tea and coffee facilities. The main part of town is a 500m walk down the main street. A Continental Breakfast is included in the tariff and there is a wide range of choices to enjoy in the breakfast room. There are ramps both to the ground and upper floor units in the block we stayed in.

Really loved our stay but had to move on.

Not sure how to access breakfast on the property as advertised ,but no worries many restaurants nearby. Spotlessly clean. Spacious rooms.

Narrandera water smells like river weeds. I would not drink it,ever! How can the council let their business folk down this badly??? A hand basin IN the bathroom would be very nice.

The location was great, off the highway so quiet at night. River directly behind, was lovely to walk over the bridge in the morning sun. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, plenty of cereals to choose from, a variety of breads to toast, different milks, juices, yoghurt etc. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Instant coffee for breakfast......but other than that, an awesome stay!!

Staff were very nice. Room was a basic motel room, but had a microwave, cutlery & crockery. Only one armchair, a 2nd would have been great. Although the table & chairs were good to sit at. Bed was huge & very comfortable Quiet room, even though close to the road. Breakfast was very good.

Just adding another chair would be really great. Getting the luggage from the car to the room, is a little awkward, having to walk up & down a slope. Mind you much better than steps.

The couple managing this motel are working hard and genuinely care about providing an excellent service. Bishops Lodge is well located just on the edge of the main town centre, but still only a five minute stroll to shops and restaurants. At check in we were made feel very welcome and all important information was given regarding on site parking and general information regarding the room. The room was a good size, had been recently freshly painted and spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent. In the morning a continental breakfast was set up in a dining room which consisted of a variety of cereals, yogurt, stewed fruit, a variety of breads and a pancake machine, tea and coffee. Bishops Lodge is amazing value for money I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property and would certainly stay again when next in Narrandera.

Nothing it was excellent!

Rhys was just amazing, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Such an asset to the motel. Sure, the motel is an older style, but the room was immaculately clean, was fully equipped with kettle, toaster, everything you could need. We will definitely be back.

From meeting the gracious Host, Melissa, the experience was over the top in every respect. great room, excellent bed, most comfortable I've slept in our travels in Australia and around the world. Breakfast was more than I expected, which was included in the price. Would definitely stay again and HIGHLY recommend.

Don't think I'll be around this way again soon, so sad I can't stay here again.

We were traveling from Adelaide for 9 hours booked in motel at 6.00 pm asked if local pub was open he said yes and the food is good. We needed early start next morning host offer continental breakfast to room night before. cannot fault service
