Very clean with every imaginable thing you might need: plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Able to park right outside the door to the room was great. Room was big, had a little table for two. Plenty of space to put things. Even had USB ports on 1 power point. Nice towels as well. Host was nice and friendly and quick to check me in. A good value place to stay very close to a shopping area which also has EV chargers.

Unfortunately, I had a couple of men next door who were up late and talking & swearing then again the next morning the same issue. Not the motels fault but didn't make me feel safe. It is a bit noisy even with ear plugs in. The bed wasn't great a bit hard. I don't like the triple sheeted approach to the beds, as it's too hot with a quilt on but too cold with it off.

The room was a good size, it was clean and the bed was good. The young man at reception was very nice, helpful and polite. The property is in an excellent location with fuel, food and groceries close by. The resturant on site was good value.

The water pressure for the shower was very low and every time we had a shower it would go cold for no reason. there were two of us and we stayed for three nights so had a few very dissapointing showers.

I was told over the phone that no tea or coffee would not be provided. The room did have tea and coffee. It would have been helpful it I was told to put the key into the slot at the door. I didn't have lights or airconditioner or could not watch the televison the first night. The air con was not a simple on or off. To watch television was not just put it on, I asked the staff the following day to help me to have these conveinences, once everything was working it was great and great you had a pool,which i used.

Great location. Just off the highway but only very minor traffic noise. Older style hotel but with appropriate upgrades to bathroom & kitchenette. Spotlessly clean. Shopping centre across the road, multiple fast food options in the vicinity & excellent Chinese restaurant onsite. Super comfy beds & pillows. Sofa, dining table, microwave + ample cutlery & crockery. Park at the door.

Nothing; we ended up needing to stay a 2nd night & didn't hesitate to return.

The setting was really nice considering it’s location so close to the highway. I liked the look of the exterior of the units and the landscaping was attractive. Great location across from shopping centre and there is a Chinese restaurant onsite. Can recommend for a meal. My room was located behind the front row and that was nice to be tucked away. The room itself was simple but comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had my window open and could hear some mild traffic noise but not enough to keep me awake. The bed was really snuggly/comfy🤩🤩

Nothing - it was all really nice

It was very convenient that McDonald’s was right across the road which made breakfast very easy There was enough space for us to get ready for our friends wedding. We even got an earlier check in. Car parking was right out the front which meant no walking with bags.

The bed wasn’t comfy and there was only a slide door for the toilet and shower so if we wanted to brush our teeth or wash our hands we had to wait till the other person had showered or used the toilet

The rooms were spacious and didn't let any outside noise in.

Everyone is told to park directly out the front of your unit, most units have 2 spots, but people don't so if you go out for dinner you loose your spot and have to find somewhere else you park. There is a chinese restaurant on site and people appear to also use the room carparks as parking. The place was full the night it occurred without and we had to park some distance away. Management obviously know its an issue as they to make a point of telling you at checkin. Licence plate numbers should be taken and parked cars should be checked to curb this habit people have.

The size of the room and the excellent facilities provided. TV has streaming apps already loaded. The room was sqeky clean.check in was seamless, and the staff was very helpful. There is a great Chinese restaurant on-site that is well priced and superb food.

Nothing to dislike. I would highly recommend this for business , or family groups.

The night I arrived in Bomaderry via Train it was raining and I couldn't get a taxi for one hour. I rang to let them know that I would be late and the owner (Vincent) was kind enough to pick me up from the Train Station, which was unexpected and very kind. All staff that I met during my stay (Tammy & cleaning lady) were friendly and helpful. The Motel has a Chinese Restaurant on site and is in walking distance to the local shopping centre which has Woolworths, Bottle Shop, Chemist, a café' and fast food outlets. . My stay was for four nights, it looked like the bathroom had recently been renovated, it was modern, very clean and had good HOT water pressure. The bed was huge and comfortable with good storage space for hanging clothes. To have the convenience of a microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery & cutlery made my stay more comfortable. A trip to Woollies' for various food items enabled me to provide my own leisurely Breakfast in the comfort of my room. . I chose the Balan Village Motel because of its location to Jaspers Berry Wedding Venue, Jaspers Brush. Travelling from interstate I flew into Sydney and then got the train from the Domestic Airport, via Wolli Creek & Kiama to Bomaderry, it took 2.5hrs but the scenery was beautiful and cost $22.25 one way. . The train Station is a short 25 minute walk from the Motel and each day I chose to walk to the station and with Opal card in hand visit the the various local towns & villages. It really is a Beautiful part of the world.

Loved the room and location. Right on the intersection to Kangaroo Valley, Kiama, and Wollongong. Nowra 10 minutes away. Great Chinese restaurant on site and a 2 minute to woollies, maccas, kfc. There is a great bowling club a couple of kms away. Staff are great and the room's are spacious and clean. This was my second stay here and am sure it won't be my last.
