Breakfast was great! Staff were great (last day an exception) rooms were clean and bathrooms. Really loved how easy the process was and the stay in general. Would definitely come back here. Thank you having us, we loved our time at Nightcap! We had a lot of our friends stay at the same place (we had a conference) so it made it more enjoyable! Was really accomodating to the big bookings xx

The staff on the last day we checked out Thursday were different to the ones we had seen over the days since Monday.. they were a little on edge, a little rude and very rushed. They packed up breakfast almost 10 minutes earlier even though the dining room was packed with people. Which was a little disappointing but grateful we had awesome staff the majority of the time. Would be our only downfall to be honest

We loved the down to earth hospitality and the facilities. We were surprised they had room service and also the decor of the rooms were very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and we wished we stayed more than a night. The included breakfast was so satisfying. The hot eggs, bacon, sautéed mushrooms and spinach were cooked really well. Good variety on hot and cold food choices. The staff were friendly and hospitable. And we got our own numbered carpark spot. It was very much appreciated.

Only our tv reception kept jumpy or froze intermittently. Everything else was good.

The location of the hotel was fantastic it was the centre of where I travelled in both directions, I stay here because of the breakfast it is excellent

This was my forth stay at the Archer and this time I found the bed totally unacceptable, this was a king bed made up of two king single bases and two zip together king single mattress, the bases are on wheels and kept moving apart, there were no locks on the wheels to stop this, in the end I was confined to one side of the bed only, and every morning I was pushing the bases together again not good enough

The room was exceptionally clean, relaxing and quiet. The king bed and the linen was comfortable and we slept extremely well. Everything was available and close by. Dinner at the bistro and the morning breakfast made our stay super easy and enjoyable, as well as affordable. The kids enjoyed playing basketball and using the facilities. We have stayed a few times now and are never disappointed. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The only downside was the single bed that moved around a bit on the wheels and the bedding didn't quite fit well.

Newly furnished room with comfortable bed. Well run with a designated car park in front of your room. Lovely touch with water in the fridge and biscuits with tea. Bistro in walking distance and wide compound to walk around. There is an electronic lock at the main door. Lovely breakfast buffet, generous with their options. Staff was welcoming and friendly at the breakfast.

Sound travel easily when people talking outside your door or at the main walkway corridor but didn’t have any issue with noise from room next door or overnight. Bathroom water pressure is moderate but there is a large overhead showerhead, cleaned well and toiletries + towels

Great value for money. Excellent breakfast buffet. We loved the place and I have given the highest score even though the cleanliness of the pool left some to be desired (and it was salt water?).

Some feedback that didn't detract from our enjoyment of the stay but worth mentioning is: The a/c in the bistro must not work as it was hotter indoors than outdoors in the evening, particularly after last Saturday's 35 degrees. A couple of ajar doors would've given a welcomed cross-breeze. Secondly, we ordered food and drinks via the table/app service, the food arrived without issue but the drinks were always either late (until I asked where they were) or the wrong size (schooners instead of pints). We enjoy using the app as it saves money when we order food/drinks at other venues.

Breakfast was buffet style and really tasty and fresh. The pub also had a great menu with really lovely bistro style meals. My chicken schnitzel was superb! As we stayed in the hotel, we got 10% off our drinks and meals which was great. My room was spotlessly clean, the large king bed was super comfy and there was a new tv in each room.

Nothing! Couldn't fault my stay. I even got a call from the hotel when I arrived back home to Sydney, to inform me I'd left my charger behind and that they would be happy to post it to me! How good is that!

Excellent and friendly staff. Breakfast on site was very good, and fresh coffee was a bonus. The room was clean, and the staff were more than happy to restock any used biscuits or coffees. The location was good, especially with a pub right across from the hotel, with a discount on food.

The only fault was that the curtain in my room didn't fully cover the window. There was a small gap of maybe one inch that passersby could look through and let in some ambient light at night. Easy fix was hooking the end over the door handle.

amazing refurbished property. tastefully designed. beds are super comfy, plenty of pillows, and all necessities required for a couple of nights stay. air con, TV , yea Ave coffee etc. complimentary breakfast was delicious, options were great and catered for all and very clean ! great value for money

parking spot was taken by other cars, not really the hotels fault. but people should really stick to their allocated spots.

The room was great, beds were comfy and we had all we needed. The internet connection was excellent. The family bistro was really good. My Son and I had dinner there 3 nights and tried a fair bit from the menu. All the meals were excellent and good value for money. The stand in chef (normal chef was not well) did an excellent job especially considering he was on his own for 2 nights.

Nothing to note here really, everything was good
