My first time for 3 years to be able to travel again and to find Covid has changed hugely for the travelling public. The only "human" contact (as it were) was a very helpful hotel service person, however the phone contact for and with the manager was equally pleasing. The only thing missing was the ability to be able to order a breakfast. Parking right outside my unit and undercover

Kitchenette is very good. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Internet is free and reliable. I used it for streaming and video calls, never had problems. Big smart TV, can watch Netflix or youtube videos. Room sizes are big, cozy and warm. Room was very clean, including carpets.

It needs an alarm clock. Also, information about the area, like where to eat, what to see. Needs a plug for sink to assist with dishes. It was a shame the on-site restaurant was not open.

The staff were amazing we were stuck on the hwy, trying to make it accross the border to VIC before the borders were closed down. We realised we were going to be well short on time at 1130pm on new years eve. I booked online and then rang and spoke to the owner who was not on site but was more than happy to come in and help us out with a room. Her response and receptiveness too us made us smile to bring in the new year.

Sarah was wonderful making us feel very welcome. The room was basic but spotlessly clean & roomy enough for us as colleagues. The courtesy bus to The White Tank Hotel was perfect & the pub was wonderful. A few reds, a great feed & then they drove us back to the motel.
The single bed was very narrow & not very comfortable
