Best customer service we have experienced in a very long time. The manager, Julie is very nice and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Excellent customer service 👏 Thankyou from Lee and Emmanuel 🙂

The room did not have a cupboard to hang or store clothes. Room was cold and no extra blankets made available, however the Manager went above and beyond and allowed us to borrow a small fan heater for our room. The owners of the property should be updating facilities such as wardrobe to hang clothes and to store extra blankets etc. Just a suggestion for the owner of the property, Breakfast menu would be nice. Overall was pleasant stay. Will definitely return again.

This is a "no frills" motel having been revamped but it lacks nothing for the traveller staying overnight, freezing the ice bricks, filling the thermos, and relaxing in a comfy bed and viewing a TV that works. Food outlets nearby and a friendly helpful Hostess. The place also affords plenty of parking space for trailers and even trucks.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I honestly couldn't fault it. For the money it was extremely good value. The aircon was great and there were plenty of basic supplies for an overnight stay.

The only things I didn't like were that the entrance door kept sticking and catching the curtain when we closed it and the curtains over the sliding doors and windows were not as dark as we would have liked for a weekend lie in, neither of which are a trainsmash.

Wow! Excellent value very spacious room with all required facilities. Nothing missing at all. Shade sails over the parking in front of the room (western side). Plenty of space around the motel. Easy to reverse park into parking space for the room. Motel is on the highway just south of Bowen so very easy to spot. Ideal location. Room has an outdoor area on opposite side with table and two chairs and a nice view of a grassed area (eastern side). Motel even has a small pool.

I had almost finished my shower before there was any hint that the hot water would run hot.

This motel is just what we needed, no frills but all that was necessary to spend a relaxing overnight on a long drive from Atherton to Brisbane. We stayed there heading south and again on returning north. There is also adequate parking for trailers and trucks etc. food outlets nearby and friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was great and we all slept comfortably. The kids loved the pool and we cooked on the BBQ in the pool area.

Unfortunately, the only water tap to drink from was in the bathroom, but we bought some water with us anyway.

Clean, has front & back doors. pool with bbq area. great that car space was at the door & covered. eventhough it’s on the highway passing traffic wasn’t really an issue.

No laundry or microwave. would’ve been good to have insect screens on the front & back doors so could keep it open. bed was a bit hard for what I used to.

The room quite spacious, nice and clean The check in was smooth and easy Location wasn’t too bad, bit out of town but only less than 5 mins driving

The hot water was in constant and we spoke to the manager and it’s because they on solar and the booster wasn’t that efficient and it was so much rain that day. I should imagine when it’s sunny day should be okay. They only have aircon without heater option and heavy rain with tile floor in the room made it colder

It was the perfect location for a stop over on our way to Mission Beach. Everything was very clean and the owners were very helpful. We used the barbecue at the pool and enjoyed the evening. The road nearby didn‘t disturb us.

Great location. Next to the Bruce Hwy but it was so very quiet. Comfortable beds, neat, clean and tidy and we slept well. No complaints or problems at all and we will definitely stay here again. 100% spot on and happy to find a motel that’s now on our ‘must stay at again’ list.
