It was in a quiet location very close to shops.Also very clean and the bed was very comfortable.The shower was wonderful with the water nice and hot.Overall wonderful for overnight stay.

Unfortunately there was only one feature that was not very good and that was the bed location.It didnt have room to walk around it making it impossible for us two ladies in our seventies with knee replacements to easily get into bed.We had to slide into bed. Also there was only one blanket and we were cold. We could have used the aircon but that was directly over our heads when in bed. Disappointing and not user friendly for the elderly.

Great, quiet location. Clean and spacious. Easy "check in/out" process. Plenty of nature about. Would stay again, but maybe for not as long. Excellent cold air conditioning.

Nothing disastrous, however for 6 night stay it did make an impact. Firstly, only 2x rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults. No washing powder or pegs for the washing/drying facilities. No bin liners, or large outside big to dispose of rubbish. Cookware was basically unusable, warped, dirty pans etc.

We stayed in cabin 1. Small demountable that had everything we needed. Very comfy bed and air conditioning was welcomed in an Esk winter. We were in Esk for the inaugural Gravel and Flannel festival. This was held at Holy Red Deer Estate. So we were close to the action. A bike lock was also kindly provided.

Nothing. Outside porch light didn’t work but we used torch function on our phone.

"A comfy modern small two-bedroom house". Very clean, great air-con; nice view from carport/external table, furniture sturdy. Communications by text/phone swift and helpful. Very quiet spot! Good for long stay.

(Niggles, not disasters). Key-box in carport, not near front door; no instructions/folder for cooktop, dishwasher, clothes-washer; no tourist info-folder, no street sign, caretaker never seen, No broom, minimal crockery/utensils, minimal TP, would benefit from a drawer-full of garage sale kitchen items.

Comfortable, clean, nicely furnished accommodation. Quiet location close to shopping, cafes and parks.

Just needed a few more items in the kitchen eg dish drainer, extra bin bags, dish scourer, plastic storage boxes with lids, maybe some alfoil, gladwrap, salt and pepper. A little bedside table in the single bedroom and an extra bedside table in the king bedroom. Coffee table in lounge area to use when having coffee or snacks.

The little studio was so modern and clean and cosy and the bed was extremely comfortable, we had a cuppa on the little patio as the sun was setting, it was so peaceful and tranquil, loved it.

The only little gripe would be a lack of storeage space for luggage/ clothes, a luggage rack would help? But it's minor, still loved it.

Maddie and Hayles from Esk Mountain View Lodge were the most incredible hosts and went above and beyond to accomodate our family. The room was so much bigger than expected, it had everything we could possibly need for the weekend, the property was absolutely stunning, and we honestly couldnt have asked for more. Clean, spacious, close to everything and stunning - best accommodation that beautiful Esk has to offer! We will definitely be back.

There was nothing we disliked. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Fantastic set up. Very new and exceptionally clean. Great for our o/n stay. Key box entry was great, although you can't see it if arriving like us late at night.

That bed, mattress. Not very good quality. Shame cause it looks like a brand new place so may as well put a decent bed in there. But ok for o/n stay.

Comfortable self contained cabin with self catering facilities. Compact but has everything you need. Great for short stays and will use it again.

Needs WiFi extended to reach the cabin and free to air television not working. They tell me they are working on it! Have slept in better beds.

It was in a tranquil setting, felt safe modern and clean. The equipment was adequate to prepare and cook a meal. The location made it easy to see all the sights in the area.

The location of the bed made it very difficult to get in and out of.
