The motor inn was so comfortable and after a long motorbike ride the outdoor spa was so warm and amazing and to add the fun time we had at the caravan park musical Trivia was amazing and special thanks to the couple who manage the park and motel they were super nice we went to the caravan park for trivia and had so much fun it was a highlight thank you so much we will be back Lauren and Annie

I like the individual space. The accessibility is convenient , a lot of shop and food is nearby just a walking distance.

the sound proof is not that great. I thought i could figure out a way to ask for room services end up my class end late and start early which makes me harder to meet their office hour.

We loved the newish bathroom - even in nice hotels the bathrooms can be old with paint coming off them so was pleasantly surprised with the newly renovated bathroom, the room layout was nice and everything we needed for a Motor Inn. The location was perfect too and the self service was so easy to do!

We didn't see any staff as was all self check in so we couldn't comment on that answer. The room exceeded our expectations however the beds were not comfy. The mattress was comfy but it was just so very squeaky that when anyone even tossed and turned it would wake you up, especially if you are a light sleeper. And if you have kids - they toss and turn a lot so was quite a sleepless night.

Loved the self checkin. The location is excellent and we could walk to the Main Street. The communal kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare our own breakfast. Was almost on the bike trail so our friends loved the convenience of riding out from the motel across the road to the park and onto the trail. Emily was fantastic, helping us through the checkin.

The pillows were too hard and too hard. A choice of soft would give guests a wider variety to enhance a good night sleep.

Location, room was nice.

Rude loud neighbours talking late at night and early morning 5.00am. No consideration for others. Riding motorbikes, pouring rain, had to go over the road to the caravan park office. All other rooms had key lock combinations for the rooms except ours.

Super central to town, great size for a family. Spa pool was great, lovely grass area and picnic table. Markets in park across the road (with a great playground for kiddos) was a bonus.

We didn’t see any housekeeping (stayed for 2 nights) and could’ve used fresh towels!

To be honest the pillows were way to hard a couple of soft pillows would of made !!! Television reception not the best !!!

Very happy with our stay. No complaints

I didn't have breakfast because i was catering for a group of cyclists who were on the rail trail. They left really early for Fernvale before i got back to the showground, so i didn't have breakfast with them after all. I forgot i could have had breakfast at the motel. I loved being able t check in early and unload my car as I was going to ferry some of the leaders of the group back to Toogoolawa to pick up their cars, after having cycled to Esk. The shower was amazing - I have never been under one that was so strong and had such a big head. The bed was comfortable, there was good light and i appreciated the little table, as I needed to individually pack 125 snack packs of biscuits (because of COVID) for the group's supper.

I don't have any complaints. I didn't remember what the photos were like on the web page.

Room was smelly when we first opened the door. I dropped my earring and had to look for it under the bed which was honestly not a good sight, please clean this for future guests.
