I liked the balcony, room decor, tv, view, big kitchen. The location was great, access straight to top of Burleigh hill. The view is amazing but is obviously better the higher up you go. 1 bed was more comfortable than the other but still was very nice. Great walking distance to places

The dishwasher didn't work for us. The apartment needed more towels, there weren't any beach towels for us to use so we had to use bathroom towels but we maybe could have asked reception? The carpark spaces are very small and lift didn't seem to be working either. No aircon but thats okay in winter but would be terrible in summer.

The view from the balcony is amazing. The lounge room and kitchen were nice and spacious.

The beds only had empty quilt covers. There were no blankets in the cupboards to use and the outside temperature dropped to 10°C so a blanket was definitely needed. The front bedroom had a balcony with a fantastic view but the 2nd bedroom didn't have a window, only an opening looking onto the undercover walkway. No hairdryer in the apartment. No free to air TV, only limited Foxtel channels. The parking for our apartment was impossible to access without scraping the sides of the car.

The views from the spacious balcony were amazing - we stayed in 3 bedroom unit. Overlooking gorgeous Burleigh surf break with stunning sunrises. Walking distance to everything - the start of the walking path around the point to Tallebudgera right in front of you. The unit is beautifully styled and has all usual kitchen and laundry needs. Perfect place to have a fabulous holiday.

The apartment we stayed in had no aircon but has security screen doors and fans. So if you don’t want to leave windows open - you can hear the waves crashing at night - you might want to ask if any units do have A/C

Location and view were amazing. The ease of getting keys, etc, was exceptional. Comfortable bed, which always helps, and the entire unit was clean and open. It was a great balcony with stacking class doors to get the breeze as well as overlooking the ocean and the Gold Coast. Loved our stay and have rebooked for next year, hoping to get the same apartment. Highly recommended.

Our second stay at this ideal location right across from the beach. Very spacious unit; older style but well kitted out. Abe, on check-in, was exceptionally helpful with parking, offloading and storing our bikes and helping us with our bags. We were fortunate to get a slightly earlier check-in which greatly helped us with our movements that day.

Some trip hazards with the tiled floors as it's an older style building. Just have to remember to lift your feet :D

Hillhaven is ideally located right beside the water, with Burleigh Heads park close by and the shops/cafes a 10 minute walk away. The apartment looked out over the ocean and up the coast to Surfer's.

The apartment was comfortable enough but a number of lights weren't working. The car park gates were left open most of the time we were there which compromised security somewhat.

Apartment was clean, well appointed with an amazing view. Loved the pictures on the wall. Location was perfect for walking in the NP and to the township for shopping or dinning.

Nothing I didn't like but I did give some feedback to management who were happy to receive. Most accomodation has shampoo/conditioner, tissues and face cloths(may have just been an oversight) this did not but management is working on providing these things in the not too distant future. However this did not ruin the experience as so close to shops that if we were desperate we could buy our own.

Shower door leaks and pools water in puddle in bathroom that doesn’t drain Coffee machine wasn’t working properly as drawer stuck under nozzle 2nd bedroom smells like cigarette smoke and car exhausts - damp and dank as screens directly back into car park and are very dusty

The location was outstanding and the apartment Had everything we needed for cooking and relaxation

There were a couple of dead and dying cockroaches and a sponge and cleaning cloth in the kitchen was in adequate and the amount of washing up detergent was very poor we ended up having to buy our own detergent

The location was perfect. Right across from the beach. Could walk to James St, Burleigh Pavilion, beach and walking track. Had a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is older but really comfortable and a nice feel. The kitchen is really well equipped. We used the slow cooker to make dinner, the kids used the toastie machine to make cheese toasties. Lots of utensils. Lily and Hank were great hosts.
