The location is fantastic - perfect for access to all Burleigh has to offer. The beds were super comfortable. Staff were lovely. Pool is heated & very nice.

our sofas were SO uncomfortable - I assume each apartment is owned by different owners and managed by the resort (as they often are on the Gold Coast) so all the apartments won’t be alike in this regard. But ours were terrible - horrible, hard, cheap plastic sofas. The one time we wanted to use the pool in our 5 day stay, an owner was using an outdoor generator to do some refurbishment to an apartment - completely offensive sound, so loud. Was told it would end ‘very soon’ but it didn’t and we ended up leaving the pool area.

location convient to transport, beach and short walk to main restaurant area plus the club Burleigh just down stairs. The magnesium pool wonderful and a good size. The main reception lift takes you down to the main street as ocean street is quite steep.

The main point was the recepion hours on the weekend. We advise the resort that we were arriving late afternoon . We were advised the reception would be open or that was our interpretation. However they emailed us on the day after reception had closed on the process to enter the resort. We were travelling on the day of the email and did not receive it in time. Communcation on th information should have been clearere and sent the day prior to our arrival so we could at least claify any questions we would have on the process.

Room was spacious and well equiped. Wifi worked well lounge was comfortable master facilities were great. Washer and dryer are a great addition. The Residence pool was lovely slightly heated which made it comfortable on the warm but not hot days. A good number of lounges and side tables. Location was excellent short stroll to all shops and a great array of excellent restaurants as well as the beach. Very busy area not a quiet sleepy beach village.

Would be great to have a coffee machine (no pods happy to purchases). Second bedroom would be better with king singles and better pillows. A lot of friends travelling together these days the rooms are not always for small children. Walk in shower rather than over the bath in second bathroom - most children shower these days. Larger clothes airer for towels and bathers. Given most guests fly in would be great to have access to umbrellas for rain and beach folding chairs in the room ( just a nice added touch to make the stay more comfortable)

Overall I enjoyed my stay, the apartment was well equipped and good location

Small changes would make this a great stay - duvets on the bed (a thin blanket in winter wasn’t enough), tv in the bedroom would be nice (but not a deal breaker), settings on the appliances (oven and dishwasher) were worn off making it difficult to know what settings - as you need to put the dishwasher on when you leave to avoid a fee, it would help if you knew which setting you were using. And the shower head was horrible. All just small tweaks that would make a world of difference

Absolutely stunning apartment! Clean and renovated, and has all the amenities you need for a weekend getaway or an extended vacation stay. Walking distance to the town, cafes, shops, beach, and the National Park. Highly recommended!

The only thing I'd recommend improving is the self-check-in procedure. The instructions were clear, but if you check in outside of office hours, and there's no one to help you, you have to contact the hotline to just open the front door and pick up your keys. This phone service wasn't ideal and it took me a while to get access to the building.

Couch and bed very comfy, easy access to town and waterfront, spacious place for the two of us. Was very sad we couldn’t test out the pool as it was a bit of a whip around trip for us but next time we would’ve loved to as it looked lovely!

Didn’t like that the Sunday check in felt a bit like a wild goose chase and added extra stress to an already quite stressful trip for us. The reception closes at 11am, but check in isn’t until 2pm which didn’t really make sense. There was a lot of confused travellers hanging around the front. Once we got inside someone was helping a couple (I don’t know if she actually worked there though she wasn’t in uniform), but took us forever to find our room without any initial guidance. Also strange that we had to take the rubbish out, the rubbish room was quite rancid so not the best last impression as we walked out the door.

Great location, close to all the best places to eat and the beach. View of the pool and beach was great! The pool is amazing, can accommodate so many different people! Large rooms and all amenities you need for a young family on a beach holiday. Comfy beds! Staff were very responsive when dealing with an issue.

Windy corridors could be a bit confusing! Roadworks nearby were a bit noisy, not really something the hotel can manage though. Initial issues with one of the rooms not being cleaned but staff helped move and relocate room and responded quickly and we had a satisfactory outcome. Thank you!

The pool area is its own tropical oasis with a well equipped BBQ area and views of the ocean. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean and beautifully appointed. You’re a 2 minute walk to James St and less than 5 minutes to the beach and Surf Club. We arrived on the wrong date due to a booking error on my part, the staff could not have been more friendly and understanding, it was a public holiday and reception had already closed for the day but they rushed around to get a room ready for us and even upgraded our room. We loved our short stay and will absolutely be back!

We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms and laundry facilities in the room. We are a family of 5 and it catered to us perfectly in terms of size and comfort. Kitchen had all of the essentials to cook at home but no basics supplied (salt, pepper etc). Bonus was the containers supplied in the room so we could take packed food when we were out for the day. There's a metro woolworths 5min walk away plus a bunch of cafes as well. 10min walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this place!

Great location, it was super convenient. You can walk to everything e.g beach, cafes and shops etc. The resort is clean and well looked after. Kids enjoyed the pool.

The bathroom had no hooks or railings to hang bath towels so we had to get creative! The apartment we were allocated was on street level and we felt a little exposed and concerned about security, it’s incredibly easy for someone to jump the short fence. Nothing happened but it was something we were conscious of the whole time and kept the surfboards inside as a precaution. Single lift in our tower operating 6+ floors was unpredictable particularly in the mornings, hit and miss as to whether it would operate rather took time to “wake up”!
