The location was very good close to the main supermarkets. And very new and modern motel with very comfortable bed and the bonus you can if you like the bed you can buy yourself what a lovely idea. Lovely hot showers and the bathroom quite big with the latest cons like a light in the mirror to do your makeup ect. Very good kitchen to make things and they do breakfast as well as lunchs if you need it the people who own the motel was so friendly and helpful I would go back in heart beat. They even had little toiletries for you like a comb and shaving kit a wonderful idea if you forgot something they bound to have it for you.

The staff made the check-in experience simple and quick. Our arrival on a rainy evening was made easier with undercover parking close to our room. Our room was neat, clean, and well kept. On one night of our stay, we were able to watch fireworks at the local show from our room door. Located in town close to shops and restaurants.

A chair would be useful since the only seating available was bar stools at the kitchen bench.

Check in seamless, staff accommodating, arranged room service meal at time of check in, parking easy, room exceptionally clean. Meal delivered to room on time and was excellent. Quiet rooms, with all the facilities & then some for your comfort & enjoyment. Highly recommend this Motel

Only concern - when first arriving at main reception, parking is non existent late in afternoon - perhaps a dedicated area might be considered.

Our room was very modern with a variety of toiletries items it was good to have, also face cloths as many place don't provide this. It was equipped with a microwave which would be good if you needed to heat a meal on the run so to speak. We were pleasantly surprised with the supply of Tea, Coffee (plunger) and MILO nice touch! Close to Aldi and Woolworths & Big W. And a variety of Cafes to choose from.

There was an unpleasant smell when we return from being out for dinner not sure if it was within the facility or outside.

We were met by a smiley friendly receptionist who told us everything we needed to know. The room was more than spacious for two people and a small dog and the facilities were better than expected. A kitchenette equipped with everything we needed and the bathroom had a good sized shower, hot water and very good water pressure - always good news! We didn't use the room service meals as Aldi is literally just across the street.

We were really happy with our stay. If we are nit picking then the frosted door to the bathroom wasn't as private as it could have been. Not a problem for us but if you are not family it could be!

REALLY GREAT DESIGN of Room. Clever use of the space 👍. High windows at ceiling level a great idea for natural light. All you needed supplied for a Long or Short stay. Bed was soft but very comfy, a bigger than usual bar type fridge was good.

Narrow 'walkway' between buildings made Noise of guests talking outside or kids using the area as a Tennis court Very loud and disruptive... Would love to see a small wheeled trolley available as its a fair walk with luggage etc.

The property is situated within close proximity to everything in the heart of Kingaroy. The staff were so friendly and even though we only stayed for 2 nights they came to tidy our room & give us some top ups on coffee etc without us requesting any of those things. It was also over the Easter long weekend so they definitely went above & beyond for us. There was also a laundry space that was free to use! We are very grateful to have had such a lovely stay :)

rooms are modern, lighting is excellent & the location is a short walk to everything you need. Air-conditioning is brilliant and the general set up of the accommodation is fantastic. There’s a lovely set up for a smoking area away from all of the rooms also.

we arrived later than 7.30pm so we were unable to order breakfast for the next morning, it was our wedding night so would have loved to be able to order a room service kind of set up during set times but for a small country town, the options for times to order were limited.

The rooms were very close to centre of town and within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, RSL, supermarkets. The unit was compact but all that was needed.

The motel was completely booked out and on one of the three nights another car parked in our allotted parking space. As we had booked a disabled suite for an elderly disabled gentleman, we had to park further from the unit.

From the check in to the check out everything was exceptional. In particular the excellent staff and rooms really stood out. So much so that I recommended a friend stay at the motel for the night as well as he hadnt booked anywhere in town.

Nothing. It was all amazing. I didnt like that I only had a one night stay. I would have loved to stay longer. I'll be back.
