location was just right, as it was on the main street & on the side of town we wanted to leave from. the staff were helpful in letting us know about safety - a chap/resident who keeps an eye out, roaming guard dogs throughout the night - as we had push bikes on our ute.

would've liked a ground level room, but cannot help other bookings, & our last minute booking

Big room and it was really clean with excellent water pressure in the shower! It was surprisingly very quiet, couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. Lots of room for our two dogs to lay around inside, and good bench space for making coffees and sandwiches. Plus the aircon was on when we arrived so we were instantly comfortable!

The bed was smaller than we are used to but wasn't uncomfortable

Room was exactly like the photos. Really amazing place for my little family and I to stay at for 1 night. Very spacious motel, had all the facilities we needed. Definitely recommend for anyone passing through Mount Isa or staying for a longer duration!!

Great location and extremely clean and very tidy. Great amenities. Huge room and great bed for weary travellers to enjoy.

Great facilities for the location. Grandson didn’t want to leave and we honestly could’ve stayed another night with pleasure but had to travel.

The TV in one of the rooms wasn’t working but it didn’t bother us too much

Can see the improvements in renovations, carpark lighting. My biggest surprise was the quality of meal which was full of flavour and freshness. Staff that prepared to go out of their way. Will continue to be my preferred place of accommodation in the Isa.

Maybe the positioning of hand rail in the bathroom..

not that safe an area. gear stolen from vehicle in first visit. accommodation let us park camper and car on site second visit, but still had people walking through and checking out car and camper. took their photo and they scarpered

Big, beautiful and clean spacious room.

When following directions on the map through booking I found myself in the back street behind. So a little annoyed as I was tired from travelling from interstate.

The staff were exceptional, we had a rough day travelling and they stayed open in the bistro just so we could all have dinner. They turned an average day on the road into a wonderful dining and restful experience.

Couldn’t fault the place of the staff they were amazing.

Driveway to front units is very steep. But taken on an angle its ok. Watch out for Black cat hes very friendly. Will require love and pats everytime he sees you. (im allergic to cats but pattered him anyway)
