Clearwater Noosa fantastic accommodation for all, Clean, Comfy and Roomy. Foxtel and wifi, Pools and close to shops. Fantastic value, everything you need within walking distance or bus as we didn't have a car, free bus travel on weekends, Eumundi Markets on a Wednesday or Saturday, Fantastic fish and chips around the corner a must 'Red Emperor', and great breakfast and coffee at GT's Bar and restaurant. 10min walk to Aldi, 15min walk to Woolies. Highly recommend

The unit was fresh and clean, well equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, just a short walk to the river, cafes, etc. Can also walk to the shopping centre. The only problem I would see with our two bedroom unit was that there was only one airconditioner in the lounge area which was fine for us as we were there in winter but I wouldn't stay there in summer as I think the main bedroom would be too hot. The only other downfall was that the unit below us had a permanent resident who had a constant mess on their patio area including food and drinks sitting there for days and they used the under stair section for storage which pulled the complex down. I was surprised that management allowed them to do this. Oherwise the complex is lovely, especially the pool area with two great BBQ areas and lovely landscaping throughout the property.

Clearwater is a quiet, peaceful resort in an excellent location! It is a short walk to the river and cafes/restaurants. We had 3 families staying at the resort and the pool area with Bbqs was much appreciated. The apartments were clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend a stay at Clearwater!

The apartment was spacious and very clean,lots of kitchen utensils,Very quiet,nice small swimming pool and lovely area around apartment. Comfy beds and T.V with lots of channels,good wifi. We walked into main town which was around a 50 minute walk but could easily catch a bus. Short 5 minute walk to local town,Noosa heads ,great restaurants there and 5 minute walk to supermarkets. I loved our stay here,staff very helpful and polite. We caught local bus to the airport and used public transport to get around which was great.

I was impressed with how clean and well kept everything was at the resort. Every morning someone was cleaning the pool and the grounds of the resort. The unit we stayed in was modern, quiet and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay even tupperware containers that we could use to take cheese platters to the beach with us for the day. Will most definately rebook again. Highly Recommended.

Nothing really, maybe just some more garbage bags or detergent for cleaning dishes.

Friendly caring helpful office admin, very informative & great knowledge of the area. Location is perfect, so close to everything easy access family friendly very relaxed setting. Very close walk to the river. Very cozy apartment, with washing machine, dryer & kitchen. A+ Evening stroll to the river to watch the sunset is the best!

Nothing to not like, it’s great for families.

It's very bike friendly. I wanted somewhere to store my bicycle and was pleasantly surprised to find I had my own garage which was a great place to work on it in. Not only that but the manager allowed me to use this great trolley to move the bike around when it was all boxed up. Also in regard to the apartment itself, I liked the attention to detail - a mall packet of laundry detergent, pegs, extra blankets if needed, plugs!!! when was the last time you stayed in a place and it had a plug in the sink? .. Everyday items you don't really think about but soon realise how important they are when they are not available.

I was there for a week and ended up buying a lot of stuff that ended up being thrown out like a jar of marmalade, Vegemite, butter, olive oil, coffee etc Maybe the managers could leave these items for others to use

This was a nice sized apartment with a very well equipped kitchen. The living room furniture was super comfortable. The three outdoor pools was a nice bonus - lots of room for all the guests. Landscaping around this area is beautiful! Close to Woolworths grocery store and lots of restaurants. A short walk to the river, which is a beautiful place to watch the sunset.

It's little far to walk to the ocean beach, there's a few river beaches close by though.

I loved how the place is so close to everything we needed. Once there, just parked the car and walked around to cafes restaurants, beach, parks, river. The place had not one but three pools which must have been heated because they were warm enough for a swim.

Had to walk up stairs with all our goods, but really couldn't complain. had lovely sunny balcony facing North with lovely aspect/views

Our apartment was spacious, ground floor, and very well appointed. The location is about 100m from waterfront Noosa River which is great for a more laid back slower paced break. Plenty of casual eateries within walking distance and a short ferry ride into Noosa's Hastings Street.
