Clean and fresh - room was good - TV a decent size, but really, who watches a TV these days? Nice lights, and the room was bright.

When travelling on business, you must have access to a table. We are all reliant on a desk, a comfortable chair... and frankly, pulling a chair to the side of a bed - the bed to be your table??? NOT me. We all need PLUGS.... USB options or at least three pins plugs so we can charge our stuff. The bathroom was clean and fine, but honestly - don't install wash basins that are too small... I did book a standard room; I assume the upmarket rooms are better... The pool was being repaired! Pity!

Beautiful clean pool with clean towels, which our family really enjoyed. Tony provided lovely set of BBQ utensils for us to use to cook a BBQ dinner for 7 of us. We ate in the out door beer garden area behind the restaurant and Tony offered the remote control for the big screen TV. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had to wash the plates before use. Although appearing clean, they had some grime residue from a previous user. This may have been due to the fact that there was no tea towel , chux wipe or detergent supplied. There had been 30-35 klm winds which had blown leaves and dust into the outdoor seating areas and into the doorways of our rooms.

Loved the size and cleanliness of the swimming pool. Plus sunbeds and pool towels. The food in the restaurant was fabulous and chef Vijay Sethi made amazing beef cheeks and spiced my butter chicken for me The outside seating was very nice and the provision of a TV in the are was good.

The cold water came out as hot as the hot tap. Even the system felt warm after filling. As European tourists we were unsure if we were supposed to wash our own mugs and dishes. There was no request and it had to be done in the small bathroom sink.

Fairly central to our needs. Enough rooms for many Family members to stay at the same location. The restaurant service and meals were outstanding. Staff very happy to accommodate a large multi Family gathering at late notice "fed and watered" us all in an amazing timely manner.

The showerhead was great but drip dripped overnight..

I had left all my shopping in the fridge. The staff put it all in their fridge for me until the end of the day when I was able to go back and pick it up. It meant a lot to me and was very much appreciated. The breakfast and coffee was absolutely divine! I loved the fish tank. As an avid fish keeper myself, I love seeing other tanks on my travels. Makes me feel a little closer to home.

This was a well located place to stay with a comfortable & good sized room. The pool was super clean and a welcome relief from the hot weather.

The bed was a little hard for us and would have been great with the addition of a pillow top or foam topper. We were a little disappointed with the standard of cleaning in the bathroom...nicely renovated but definitely could have been cleaner.

That the staff left the key out for my room and accommodated me without myself even showing up at the front desk, I was able to have comfortable bed for the night at the trust of the staff.

Perhaps a power board at one of the bedside tables as I have a C-Pap machine, there may have been one in a cupboard somewhere but I didn’t thing of searching for one at the time. Exhaust fan could be fitted to bathroom.

Well appointed, clean, spacious and quiet rooms. Easy trip to shops of all kinds and parking easy.

We had tea towels and kettle, but no sink for washing dishes, nor filling kettle. Had to fill kettle with a cup as it would not fit under the bathroom sink.

The property was very clean and comfortable. Its location was also very good, being close to the town center. The staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was also included in our room rate, which was excellent.

There was nothing to dislike.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you Tony! Good location. Was quiet and I was given a breakfast basket and free wine for dinner. The food was excellent. Probably the best seafood laksa I have ever tasted.

Just a little hard to find in the dark.
