Locality was perfect for us Staff were excellent even allowing us to check in earlier than normal when we phoned prior to our arrival, our request was sorted oost haste , having housemaid Katrina prepare our room earlier and beautifully done may i say, even greeting us at the door to our room wishing us a pleasant stay. Also Zoe our hostess when dining , was wonderful, just a lovely young lady and so polite had all the answers to our questions , made us drinks she didnt know willingly without fuss i hope she got to try one herself later on , and to the lady on reception who made our early check in happen for us ,sadly i dont remember her name but thank you if you read this 👍👍All round everybody had a smiles on their faces , which was fantastic to see. We'll be back again and again , highly recommend this place 👍👍 .

cant say that there was anything we didnt like, honestly nothing to fault.

The rooms were wonderful & spacious, seperate room for the kids which was a bonus! our room had everything that we needed for one night stay including coffee/ tea/ kettle/ microwave/ towels etc, the staff were great, the check in & check out was very easy, best shower/ water pressure ever!! the bed was also very comfortable.

The only thing we could comment about in this section would be the combined shower/ toilet cubicle gets pretty wet with such great pressure, the shower curtain doesn't quite hold the water in the cubicle, which makes for a wet dressing area. We had plenty of towels for the floor so that was not really an issue.

The Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bed was great, both in size and comfort. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with the size of meals being great value for money.

The height of the shampoo and conditioner bottles attached to the wall in the shower could be lower for short people.

II thought the breakfast was very ordinary. It is very difficult to eat a bowl of breakfast cereal WITHOUT any cutlery, plates or bowls. Surely a few plastic plates and spoons wouldn't break the bank! If you are going to offer breakfast at least do it properly, otherwise don't blother!

Great price, and great size room. Excellent amenities in the room (microwave, small cooktop oven, good size bar fridge, cutlery etc). Bed was very comfortable.

Shower has a curtain which flaps around while having a shower. This resulted in floor getting quite wet - first world problem

From the moment I walked in the staff were very friendly. This was my first stay, but it won't be my last. The room was roomy and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had everything I needed. The room service was very quick and the food was very nice and well-priced.

Breakfast wasn't included like where I normally stay but the experience was very good.

Breakfast is misleading on Website! On website says free breakfast but not detailed- a breakfast pack priced at $12 Milk cereal pack muesli bar and small box orange juice Definitely not worth $12 and we thought it would be a cooked breakfast but to get this would need to go to a recommended cafe Disappointing.

Breakfast was basic and the location was good.

The bed was too soft for us. The fan only worked on full speed. The shower curtain stuck to you in the shower due to the fan. Tge shower head was particially blocked. There was only 1 bedside lamp.

It was the perfect place to stay! So comfortable and clean. Bed was super comfortable and staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The wifi was not always working, which was only a problem for us as we were recovering from injuries and couldn’t leave the room.

Did not have Breakfast and the dinner meals were amazing - really great value and taste. Service staff were friendly helpful and understand they were down on staff that evening - but everyone who I came across was great.
