Room was clean & the bed comfortable for our one night stay. we were not bothered by road noise & the trains also did not bother us. As we were heading home we did not avail ourselves of the wifi & only watched a little television.

Your web site insinuated that breakfast was included. It wasn't. This did not concern us as we had ample food on board. The reception was supposed to be open at 8:30am but it wasn't. We wanted to report that the circuit breaker to parts of our room had tripped (we were not using anything at the time) but as we had to leave were unable to do so. The circuit breaker had cut off the fridge & some of the lights. It did not cause us any inconvenience but we wanted to report it.

Very easy to find and park. Manager was very welcoming and even passed on a message when I went for a walk and left my phone behind. Room was large and very clean and comfortable with a bath and great block out curtains. Super convenient location with a very easy walk to the IGA Supermarket and to view the Southern Hemisphere's largest concrete silo (very impressive and a good info board about the history) and listen to the recorded message about the draught horse in the development of the region whilst admiring the bronze statue of one. Lots of blossom trees and wattles out, so very pleasant location.

This is our regular place to stay when travelling between Melbourne and Adelaide. We try to stay in the same room each time. We always ask for a room on the ground level. This time we were driving our new van (fitted out for disability equipment) and I was concerned that it was too wide and long to park at the door... need not have worried as there was plenty of room. The shower is perfect. We take our own shower seat; not sure if there is one available. The staff are friendly, as are the owners. Every time we have stayed, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We love that there are power points just above the bedhead for plugging in CPAP machine... sure beats trying to crawl under a bedside table to access power.

Disappointed that the restaurant is no longer operating... hope they can open it again soon. There's not a lot of dining places available in Nhill if you arrive later in the day.

We were there just one night on our way to Adelaide. We didn’t have breakfast at the property. Happy with accommodation.

I would have expected a warmer welcome on arrival. When dealing with the public a smile and a happy disposition should be essential. This can be the difference between returning to the property at another time, or not!

The room was older but clean and the bed comfortable .Parking was just outside the door on bottom level and getting the cases inot the room was easy .The food served in the restaurant was top notch and Id eat there again it was better fare than the local pub

We had a park outside our room and came back late at night after a meal out and our parking space was used by another .We are older and parking right outside the room helped with access and walking in the dark ,The motel was fully booked out with tradies, road workers, care patients etc and it seemed more cars than rooms so we had to park outside the motel on the roadside and walking in the cold and dark not happy but doable.

We have stayed here many times, alone and as a family, as it is such a convenient and comfortable location to break the trip between Adelaide and Melbourne. Each time the room and the hospitality have been great. This time we were blown away by how much the motel managers Neil and Deb went out of their way to help with a medical emergency. They sourced towels, dressed the wound and kept checking in to ensure all was well. This was well beyond expectations and really appreciated. We highly recommend staying here if you want a clean, comfy and convenient stay that is well priced - with the extra benefit of brilliant hosts.

Friendly staff. very clean and comfortable room, warm bed on a cold night and a very enjoyable evening meal. The motel is not in its first youth but is well-kept and provides excellent value for money as a clean, comfortable and pleasant place to break a journey. The fact that there is a dining room with a varied menu and friendly service for an evening meal is a huge plus. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The staff were friendly. The double/couple shower was great. Liked the choice of decor. Nhill has a great Pinball Museum to visit.

The state of the swimming pool we were looking forward to jumping in when we arrived on an extremely hot day. Full of leaves and not clean at all. Also the bottom of our curtain in our room needed repairing.

Overnight break of long drive between Adelaide and home and were limited options for overnight stay in this town.

We have 3 criteria in room requirements - bed,shower,TV. Bed was very uncomfortable, shower had zero water pressure and TV was small and not clear so hard to watch the footy!

Pleasant welcome from reception. The fluorescent vanity light in the unit was dead and when I reported this to reception, it was immediately replaced with a new one.

The unit had a phone but it was also dead so I had to walk back to the reception desk to report the light problem.
