The location is quiet, and the room while small was cosy. Everything very clean. The staff member at reception was very kind and helpful. We chose to stay there as a jumping off point to visit the Little Desert, as it was a bit cold for camping (-1°C at night).

Our room was in the middle of 3 barracks - like rows, painted a dispiriting grey. It meant that the window looked out across the gravel onto the row opposite. The other two rows faced onto the garden and would have been nicer. There was no microwave, although you could walk across the carpark to use the kitchen. Nor was there a table. The motel is rather old, although freshly painted. The heating/cooling unit rattles loudly and struggled to warm the room, as it was poorly insulated. To be fair however, we were quite snug with the electric blankets provided and overall it was good value for money.

Doing the trip from Melbourne to Adelaide and wanting to break up the journey usually meant stopping in Horsham. Most of their motels etc. are on the main road so you get the constant noise of trucks during the night. So I decided to drive that little bit further to Dimboola which has been by passed from the main road. The motel is fine for a night, and very quiet, bliss. It's a bit out of town but that's OK. I went into town for dinner at the Victoria Hotel which was a real find. It is a must visit for anyone wanting a real country pub vibe, and nice meal, friendly people etc. I'll definitely be calling back there again. Next morning had a good breakfast and coffee at a nice coffee shop which I think was called something like The Store. Winners all round.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, decor was nice. our host was easy to communicate with and helpful with check in although she wasn't onsite. She was also a lifesaver, posting my daughters earphones back to us after they were left behind! Very grateful

just a couple of suggestions, there were no dishes or butter knife for helping with breakfast needs in the morning, this could be added to the room. But it was a good place for a rest in comfortable room.

Hotel Dimboola provides a full communal kitchen/dining room and pool room for customer use. This gave us the option of cooking meals if we didn't want to eat out. We had a good-sized motel room with double and single bed, table and chairs, ensuite, bar fridge and tea/coffee-making area and plenty of cupboard space. There were small homely touches, such as a hand-painted frieze in the bathroom, and we appreciated being located away from the road. The lovely Wimmera River, Little Desert National Park and Snape Reserve are all within a 5-15 minute drive from the motel.

The motel is located slightly out of Dimboola so you need a car to drive into town.

Did not have breakfast. There was little milks in the fridge which I used to have a cup of coffee in the morning.

The swimming pool looked run down and rough around the edges. I might have had a swim but after looking at the area around the pool decided against it. Front Garden needs maintenance and attention to weeds in rose bed.

Great room, very friendly welcome from staff. Electric blankets helped keep me warm, two places in town doing food and the motel was too far by car from them or the highway. made a good stopping point before my visit to Rainbow on the Sunday

took a little while for the heater to respond to the remote, other than that, no issues at all. this is a 10/10 place with good location and comfortable room

Room was spacious and clean. Value for money and the staff was very friendly and accommodating when we checked in.

Motel is about 1.5km from Dimboola town centre . You can walk into town but it is along the highway. However it wasn't an issue for us as we have a car.

Good price. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Staff was very adaptable in order to cater to our needs. All appliances in the room were working and then heater was enough to warm up the whole room. Very good place when you need to stop for a pit stop.

Very clean, the vehicle I have for work has a very tall part and I could comfortably park it out the front of my room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable. If I’m passing through the area again, This place will definitely be my first choice.

Swimming pool was closed 😞

Upon arrival the young lady at reception was very helpful. Showed me my room & had the heater on in the room for me so was warm when I entered as was a very cold night.
