It is a gem. A period property which has been beautifully restored and decorated. It is also immaculate and has everything you might need for a short stays And the bed is one of the comfiest I have experienced whilst staying away from Home.

There is very little to do in Stawell but it is a good base to tour the upper grampians and is close enough to Halls Gap to experience all it has to offer. As there isn’t much in the way of restaurants in the town; it would be helpful to have a Hob and oven.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Great shower/ bathroom. Helpful staff/ owner. TV, fridge and Wi-Fi available. Grocery store nearby and open till 9-10PM. Close/ relatively short drive to the Grampians and other hikes. Would stay again.

Unfortunately, there is no stovetop for cooking but there is a microwave and a toaster. So microwave meals and toast are options as the restaurants are not open till late.

We were pleasantly surprised to see a loaf of bread there with condiments. The location was perfect... right in the main street, an easy walk to cafes, restaurants and shops.

A few more raw sugar sachets, would have been great as we enjoyed using the coffee machine. The position of the television seemed a little high to watch, when lying in bed.

Incredibly clean, great attention to detail, well equipped kitchen for breakfast and extremely comfortable bed.

This apartment was exceptional in every way. The period decor was beautiful with lovely paintings and gorgeous furniture.lt was well equipped with generous breakfast supplies and a lovely comfy bed. Robert gave us some tips on places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is centrally located and is an excellent base to explore nearby attractions.

Very well appointed apartment right in town. You can walk to most things. Our host Rob went out of his way to make us feel welcome with some lovely added extras like a bottle of wine and chocolates. Also he is a great source of information as to what is happening around Stawell. All the locals were so friendly. It was just a lovely experience for us over the Anzac Day long weekend.

Everything. The room was great, there was plenty of space, and the bed was comfortable. I am required to spend a few nights away from home with work, and Langsford was very accommodating, comfortable, and homely. I would recommend this place.

the kitchen is large, but could be better set up for self-catering by having an oven, cooktops, and more kitchen equipment.

An absolutely fabulous location and accommodation. Beautiful room. Wonderful location. Huge comfortable bed. AN absolute delight to stay there.

Rob’s place is really special. Historically the building is beautiful. Rob has lovingly restored it and his choice of furnishings and art are very sympathetic to the period. The bed is so comfortable and the whole place has a luxurious feel. The kitchen is both stylish and functional, with thought given to breakfast and non alcoholic drinks supplied. You are right in the heart of town with great food options such as Peruvian and Thai. Highly recommend the Gallery Cafe and there’s also a sneaky pop up wine bar, just off Main St. Even though your position is central, at night it is so quiet. Nothing will disturb your sleep. Enjoy the town clock experience and keep an eye out for the gold miners digging.
