The villas where nice and big, all the facilities were available. The buildings are older style building so they have huge living areas. Very close to alll of the towns attractions on the main street. Staff are amazing we really enjoyed out stay

Parking can be a bit hairy if you have a long vehicle. There is a lack of power points due to being old buildings. It has a fridge, but if you wanted to plug your own travel fridge in, or if you have a family heavily supported by a mobile device, a PowerPoint becomes scarce. The bedrooms were too small, our main room barely fit our bags in them we couldn't put them in the wardrobes provided as they are small. Our portacot and baby had to live in the loungeroom due to the lack of space in the bedrooms. It's an old building, and it has the hallmarks of an old building with the layout of the rooms (dont let that persuade you not to stay. it's still a great place)

The location was great. It was in a very convenient location. Need more cleaning supplies in villa.

The only downfall was when the owner approached me as a staff member of the 5 year 12’s we had taken to Kalbarri as a reward. Every day activities were booked abseiling, canoeing, sunset cruise etc. He assumed we was there as schoolies to run amuck!! Assumed that we were there to party and would have boys sneaking around late at night for the girls once they all knew there was girls staying there. Would not listen to a word I had to say..!! Very disappointed and disgusted in those allegations as it really made us feel unwelcomed.

it was exactly what we needed for a short in-between trip to break up our drives. we didn’t have to drive or walk far for many things at all! spacious enough for a small family, all the small amenities we needed! The staff were all so lovely and we had a good chat with a could of different ladies at the desk and everyone was so lovely.

we didn’t not like anything, I think it’s just like anything that’s been around for a while needs a little bit of updating but everything was manageable. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away which was lovely. the floors/grout probably is due for a really deep clean but only noticeable for us as we have a toddler roaming around who was just filthy from the rug and floors within an hour or 2 of arriving. But that was literally all we could fault.

The room was clean and all necessities were present in room.

Although the facilities were adequate and the room was clean, the room was old and basic. The utilities such as the TV remote was not working correctly and the casing was damaged. It was holiday time however at 340 per night it appeared steep.... minimal information available in room regarding Kalbarri and surrounds. WIFI was limited to 30min which is short in todays electronic world. But understandable!!!

Friendly approachable staff. Decent room. Pretty good location, near the water. A little walk to pub s restaurants. I say restaurants...plural! This is only just true, its a small town!

Some mix up with our booking. Not sure if the property or booking.com to blame? Think we got an upgraded room. Which is fine. But when we stayed an extra night, got charged more for the second night! Since the mix up and upgrade to resolve it, were not of our making. I'm not sure about the extra cost. But this is hopefully unlikely to happen often...don't worry about going ahead and booking!

Location was amazing townhouse was spacious. We were travelling with my bro and nephew, and there was plenty of room for all of us (7). Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the BBq on the balcony and being able to watch the sunset over the beach!

The bed in the main bedroom was really hard and too small. Queen bed please! Everything else was tops!

LOCATION- A great view of the beach across the road was a bonus, was easy to get back to - could go back to the villa for lunch or dinner and still have time to go out and about to continue sightseeing. ROOM - was cosy, family friendly and clean. Great kitchen area. Was able to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner with the utilities within the kitchen. Nice size lounge area to relax and watch TV. CLEAN - Everything was clean and fresh

Cannot fault it. It had everything I needed for myself and my family to have a safe comfortable holiday, while staying in Kalbarri. Oh maybe change WiFi p/word to something a little easier

Easy check in even though I booked it the same day and all after closing time. Clean, tidy, friendly but private. Awesome location. Pool was refreshing after a long day in the saddle.

I was stoked with it all. Nothing else needed changing. Shops close early and not too much choice in town out of season so get in early.

The Sea Front Villa is exactly what is says in the tin. Close enough to walk in to town but just far enough away so you don”t get the noise of the bars. Great view off the balcony whilst you while away the hours in the shade.

It is basic. But every thing you want is there and it’s clean and comfortable. I noted there is no AC so may be a bit warm in summer.

The room was spacious & comfortable. The lady on reception was very friendly & helpful. It was very well located & easy to find on arrival (& close to the daily pelican feeding). It was quiet at night & the bed was very comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The outward appearance of the apartment block is unattractive, but once in the room we were very comfortable. We missed out on an ocean view & could have had building noise from the building next door, but luckily for us the work was not proceeding during our stay.
