The accommodation was spacious and had everything you could need. Everything was clean and there were lots of little details added (the heater was on when I got there, for example). Louise and Theo were very personable and helpful hosts; Louise was very informative about dinner spots and the cooked breakfast was great. Theo assisted me in printing out a park pass I hadn't realised I'd need in advance. A very relaxed and comfortable stay.

I couldn't get a signal on the tv ( and didn't bother letting the hosts know as I wasn't really invested in watching anything - I'm sure they would have sorted it out if I'd have let them know)

Breakfast was delicious- and included home grown tomatoes. We sat together with the other guests and chatted which was interesting. The hosts were welcoming and informative.

We would have liked to watch the evening news but I don’t think that the tv had free to air channels. We also didn’t find the wifi code - but we didn’t ask either. These are minor issues that really weren’t a huge factor as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed, and nice en suite. Very good location, close to town.

The furniture layout made the room feel a little cramped, and we weren't too keen on the flimsy folding door to the en suite.

Well organised and friendly hosts, well appointed, clean room with added extras like chocolates, reading material and access to streaming services. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. Great place to stay. Thanks Louise and Theo.

Yellow Gum is a genuine B&B in a lovely garden setting. Louise & Theo were very welcoming The room was suitable for 2 people and breakfast was excellent. Katanning is an attractive town and the historic Premier Mill is well worth a visit.

Louise and Theo are very friendly amd accommodating. Country feel and felt at home. Love the wildlife and the yummy breakfast with the birds!! Nice surprise that Louise volunteers at katanning artisan. Loved the local artwork and being an artist myself I like to support local country town artists.

Not much to not like but if anything not able to book longer in peak season.

Friendly and informative host, We were lucky enough to get a spacious bedroom and bathroom as well as a lounge room and well equipped kitchen, Quiet end of town with the township within a few minutes drive for eateries, supermarket, shops and also the extensive historic building and art trails within Katanning. Great Wifi❣️

Theo and Louise were great hosts, and Louise gave us a delicious breakfast.

It was exceptionally clean and comfortable Bed was very comfortable
