It would have been good to have some cleaning during the week.

Cleaning and bed-making at least every second day. It was a bit hot to walk into town, and dangerous as. lot of unfenced guard dogs, but taff didn't offer us a lift to town until I read on the last day that you could request one, even though I asked them on the first day how I could get to town. They told me to call a taxi but the taxis were perpetually unavailable and we had to walk. One day I waited 40 minutes for a taxi after contacting four different taxi services so I had to take the shopping trolley back to the units to carry my shopping and the hotel rang me to report to me that I had left a shopping trolley outside.

We stayed from Sunday Night to Saturday Morning. We were in a 2 bedroom unit on the bottom floor that was a disabled room. The room itself was very clean and tidy and had most things we could have wanted (large size fridge/freezer, reasonable stove and oven, all the plates and bowls, (Although bigger sized bowls would have been good for breakfasts), bath and pool towels in the rooms, a good TV and comfy couches). All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool was great.

We would not choose this room again for a few reasons (but would stay here again). As a tall family the lower kitchen benches weren't ideal, but as a disability room, they would have been perfect (They even thought about how someone in a wheelchair could get to the sink and had an empty space under the sink behind the cupboard doors so you could get your wheelchair under it). The biggest issue for us being on the ground floor was the noise from above. Even just normal walking around the room above created noise in our room. We had early risers (5.30am some mornings) and this woke us as they were moving around. If I was to book here again, I would probably request a room with no other room above, or be the one in the upstairs room.

Our 1 bedroom apartment was well equipped , comfy and clean. It had a nice layout with individual aircond and fan in each area. Even a fan at the patio as it helped when the guest next door smoked. Nice serene green garden made it a perfect place for relaxing.

No washing machine in the apartment, only at a common guest laundry service. Availability of a food and beverage outlet will make this a ‘proper’ resort.

This relatively new property is perfectly located across from Celebrity Park and a short walk into the township. The open planned apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped for short or long stays. The property has a nice pool and outdoor bbq area and the staff were a delight, especially Paul the shuttle bus driver.

Downstairs apartments sleeping habits were determined by occupiers of the apartment above, where every movement above could be heard below! Get an upstairs apartment or one in the single storey block.

The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and well-sited. Despite there being a lot of apartments, it was quiet and private. The grounds are nice and well-kept while the pool is a real oasis on a hot day (if there aren’t 500 kids in it). The staff are exceptional and incredibly helpful. We stayed in both a studio room and a one-bedroom apartment. The studio room was particularly good value.

It is a little bit of a walk into the town centre if you didn’t have a car but there are free shuttles available.

It was out of the town centre in a pretty location opposite a park and Lake Kunanurra. Very nice pool area, staff were both friendly and helpful. A shuttle bus was available for the airport or to go into town and it also had a very good free laundry. There is no restaurant at the property but there is a very good restaurant and bar next door at the Kimberly Grande.

This is grasping at straws but the pool lounges were very hard and the pool was very cold.

The receptionist at check in and check out was the absolutely most welcoming and friendliest personal I’ve ever met. The apartment was absolutely stunning with all the expected amenities. The location was perfect across from the lake in the quieter part of town but not far from the centre.

Everything was about the experience was exceptional. The only fault was perhaps some may find the televisions are outdated and expect a smart television installed in the apartment.

This is such a lovely resort.A haven after coming off the Gib River Road.The pool and grounds are beautiful,the laundry is free(got everything clean that was covered in dust)Beds are comfy,showers are good(some rooms have outdoor showers)and the best coffee in Kununurra just across the road.Have stayed here twice now and would definitely stay again.

Everything was first rate, the bed excellent and the kitchen very well equipped. The outdoor areas were delightful and the pool area very pleasant.

Nothing major except for some reason my feet and light coloured soles on my shoes (only worn inside) were particularly dirty so not sure if it was from the tiled floor.

Nice facilities - pool area comfortable and attractive. Apartments spacious and well set up. Liked the outdoor shower as part of the apartment's courtyard

Reception could be more accommodating to hot travels the arrive 15 mins before room is ready at 2pm ! We were in Block E and were unable to park our car directly outside the apartment - had to lug our bags across the garden area. We found the beds to soft and "spongy"
