I had the complimentary continental breakfast but on seeing the cooked breakfasts coming out of the kitchen, I rather wished I'd paid for and had that instead! The complimentary bus trip to the airport is fantastic, and our driver for the 5 minute trip was very nice and quite jolly.

The smell of urine in the bathroom/ toilet was unpleasant. However, last time I stayed this was not a problem.

The location was great and staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice but some varied fruit options would have been good. The bar staff were particularly friendly. Great that we could leave our bags when we did our trip on the Ord River. The courtesy bus to and from the airport was great.

The laundry could have been better - the light wasn't working and no soap powder. This should have been available even if from reception. We did an Ord River canoe trip and really needed a functional laundry when we returned. The band was also pretty loud but understand there are other patrons to accommodate. Better communication on booking the courtesy bus would have been helpful.

,i would like to thank staff for there effort they made to our stay many thanks ,the cleaners and bar staff ,and office staff.in making our stay once again .and a special thanks to the lady when rang to see if any one had handed in my computer, that i dropped in car park unbeknown to me until a week later as we were traveling, and couldn't find my computer rang police all motels where we stopped and no luck. rang Kununurra hotel and lady said i will check and so and behold the lady said it had been handed in ,how lucky was i. as had all pass words in computer bag yes i know now but i made a mistake, age///just wanted to thank you so much for every thing, niece picked it up for me and sent it to me ,

The location was excellent. Staff were really friendly and the Bistro had a great menu. I would definately stay at Hotel Kununurra again.

Unfortunately the secure carpark is only secure if you stand and watch the gate close behind you. The gate is very slow to close allowing intruders loads of time to slip through the gate. Never leave anything in your car, your window will be smashed to get inside.

It was a good short stay, enjoyed my sleep. Breakfast does not have a lot of variety, could be better. There was a bit of maintenance works going on and electricity got turned off early morning about 5:30 to 6am. Staff were very friendly and helpful so cant complain. I will stay there again if given a choice.

Hotel Kununurra is conveniently located in town. You can walk across the road to Coles and down the road to the lagoon for a morning walk. My room was in the furthest block from the pub so there was no noise. Pool is great.

There's no WiFi in private rooms.

Meals were very good and served very promptly considering the number catered. Security for guests and vehicles was excellent. The cleaners did a good job of the room each day. Bathroom equipment all in good condition and worked well shower etc.

The two wooden doors on the kitchen bench should be removed. They have the wrong handles and serve no useful purpose and only get it the way.

Helpfulness of staff -Could not fault considering shortage of numbers due to Covid Breakfast more than adequate -Juice,Fruit,Ham,Cheese,Cereal,3-4 choices of bread to toast ,Vegemite,Butter and Jams and Tea or Coffee(A number of varieties)-All you can eat

Lack of hot water to shower and shave Reception notified and message passed onto maintenance however of the 4 nights 2days of cold water and 2 of cold-warm water

They offer secure parking which was welcomed. Allowed us to sleep better at night knowing our car and trailer weren't on the street. The resturant meals were great.

I totally appreciate this was Kununurra and have learnt that you pay a premium for accommodation however $250 for an old and very basic motel room is expensive.

Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful and accommodating, especially Tracey at Reception :) The location of the Hotel is also perfect as it is close to cafes supermarkets (Coles & IGA).

The Taxi service in Kununurra (as there are no buses) is unreliable and expensive!
