The location is perfect for those travelling for business. Breakfast was extremely good and handy for those on the go early.

The pool was out of action since the power outage and it should have been advertised in the website. I was called after I checked out to say the bed was wet!! The room was left spotless and neat. Had to wait in the next town due to signal for 30 mins while they gathered further information. To which they had none and no photos. It was disappointing to be accused of something. There was an apology but it still left a sour taste.

The room was large, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so good. I always bring my pillow from home, when I travel. I didn't need to use it. Having a spa in the large bathroom was a treat.

The door to the outside area with table and chairs was locked, so I wasn't able to go out there with my morning coffee. The channels on the television weren't great. Only free to air didn't give much options for entertainment. As with most hotels, the lighting in the bathroom over the mirror was inadequate for make up application. A brighter light is definitely needed.

Included breakfast was great. Over Easter there was no cooked option........but yeah it was great other days. I will stay here again if I have any Business in Kalgoorlie and would not hesitate to recommend it to Friends and associates.

Pillows are rubbish. Bedding is meh! pedestrian. Its just a little niggle and yes I'm fussy about pillows. I spent a few days in Esperance at the modest Bay of Isles and the bedding there was much nicer. Maybe I should shut up as it's not a suite at the Windsor but when the 45-year-Old Motel down the road shows you up.................Maybe do something.

Loved our room, especially the big bath. The bed was really comfy, it was peaceful and quiet and we slept incredibly well. We also appreciated the gifted wine, although it would have been nice to get a choice of red or white.

The food was really disappointing, essentially just pub grub but you got less food, lower quality and slower service than other places in town for the same price. We were looking forward to the advertised cooked breakfast, however there was no cooked food whatsoever and although we went down at 8am, there was pretty much nothing left on the continental spread. The pancake machine served up tiny pikelets of which you only got the bottom half and the coffee machine spat out half a cup of terrible coffee. Needless to say we had to visit a coffee shop afterwards to top up. It's such a shame as it used to be a fabulous restaurant.

The place seemed to be short staffed but those working worked really hard and were helpful and professional.

Arrived at the premises after flight from Perth around 7pm. Wanted to book into the restaurant but was told they were not taking bookings as kitchen was closing at 7.30pm. Although I appreciate it was the Sunday night of the public holiday long weekend, I'd normally expect a Rydges property to have a restaurant open until at least 8pm.

It was a great set up with bar and restaurant in the same building. Room was a great size.

Poor house cleaning. Bed wasn’t made properly, we found a lolly under the bed from who know who was before us and a dead fly was on our bathroom floor for days and we got house keeping in during that time.

Beautiful grounds and rooms very relaxing environment. Excellent housekeeping always replenished our towels, milk etc.

We didn’t like being approached by dogs that were staying there, we didn’t realise dogs were allowed. The rail in our mini fridge door was broken so we couldn’t use the fridge properly. No big deal and certainly doesn’t take away from the relaxing and great holiday we had.

Spacious room (spa bath Deluxe) with decent size bathroom and kitchenette with good size sink. On site laundry for guests with washing sinks too. Need coins for machines however reception helped out. Secure parking. Didn’t use dining room or pool however both looked good.

Early morning noise with workers taking off so no sleep ins! Not terrible however good to know. Not near dining areas so you need a car..

I love Rydges- I'm a member of Priority Rewards. The facilities were on point, clean, spacious, comfy. Great location, great service - professional and friendly staff

I was really tired from a long road trip, covered almost 1900km that day. I then had to walk up the stairs to my room😭. I didn't know they didn't have elevators. 😂 So be aware of same. No elevators in the section I was accommodated. So do enquire about same. Excellent room though

Room was excellent.. Because it was difficult to understand the rooms layout on the booking site? I wanted the room with sliding door to outdoor patio area as to not feel boxed in as we wanted to experience the atmosphere of the hotel not just look out a window. We upgraded and it was no trouble for receptionist to quickly move us over. Beautiful view and it was 100%more enjoyable. Though no water or snack bar and 1 miniature milk. Breakfast included was dissapointing as we expected hot breakfast at the price and as it was raining? Cold toast and small variety of fruit was a letdown
