I think we have chosen the best hotel in Baden. The hotel is close to the city center next to the park, in a beautiful green environment. The buffet breakfast was very varied and delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially at the bar. About 2 minutes' walk from the border of the paid parking zone and we found a free space in the non-paid zone. You don't have to pay for parking in the paid zone from 12:00 p.m. on Saturday to 8:00 a.m. on Monday, so we were able to park even closer to the hotel. Just a perfect hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was perfect.

Wonderful hotel. The suit was very big, comfortable and stylish! Shower, bath, and toilet, all in separated rooms. Nice open views of the city from the very big panoramic windows! The lovely stuff, the great breakfast, and the beautiful stylish all times furniture makes the hotel stay, a wonderful experience! We also enjoyed very much the local Italian restaurant Ristorante il Cavallino Baden. Highly recommended!

Baden is a very sleepy town, and the famous thermal center turned out to be no more than a regular swimming pool with an extra outdoor warm sitting, over crowded jacuzzi.

Great hotel in central location in Baden. If you can take the huge room on top floor with view on the park - I don't remember the room number, but it is really worth the money - 8 m long balcony, 2 bedrooms and great view. Breakfasts are fine, service is great, parking very convenient. Highly recommended hotel!

All was fine

great hotel and I enjoyed my stay. the staff were very professional, friendly and customer focused. when I checked in, Daniela was working at the reception. She was perfect ! Every hotel should have such excellent employees.

This hotel reminds me of a famous hotel on the Cote d'azur in France ( room large, bed very confortable, services..etc) ,...but here the price of quality ratio is far above expectations. Everything exceptional, including the staff... 10+

I have been here a few times, so I know the hotel, and the rooms. It´s still too bad there are no refrigerators. In this last stay, the room was on the first floors, not very far from the side (parking) entrance to the hotel. There was a compressor that hummed for most of the night, probably providing A/C or refrigeration. It was a little annoying because it could be heard from the room. Apart from that, the room equipment is very nice, and the breakfast is exceptional. You can´t beat the location as well.

We thought we would treat ourselves and book a suite, so glad We did, the room was amazing, a huge bedroom and seperate lounge area, with 2 balconys....... the view of the park was quite nice, especially at night where you could see the casino lit up

Nice hotel. The room was comfortable and I had a balcony which looked out to the park. I didn’t find the mini split to be very efficient in the room. It never got very cool on a very hot day.

The air conditioning

Location is perfect, nice hotel, breakfast is good. We upgraded our room, the view was stunning, we had a balcony with a small table and chairs.

The staff doesn't always greet back at the reception and at morning buffet. The bed was too hard for my back, so i couldn't sleep.
