Location, clean place,comfortable bed and amazing bed sheets, air conditioned room. Quiet location in a nice neighbourhood. Walking distance from Rose garden.

No minifridge in room. No kettle in room. Much smaller than the photo suggests. No actual garden! Only a small, concrete yard/patio. Breakfast - no buffet, they take your order, service a bit slow and confused... Breakfast otherwise good (fresh bread, rolls, including gluten free, ham, cheese, jam) but limited to 3 items only: 1 boiled egg/person, ham and cheese. Butter + jam. Missed the usual selection of fruit, veggies, cereals, yoghurt etc. Coffee, tea, cacao and orange juice upon request. Staff speaks German only.

This property is a gem! It is clear the owner cares about this place and the guests a lot and everything is in great condition. The room was generous and exactly as pictured. There’s a bus stop around the corner, but you can reach the center of Baden on foot in 15 minutes.

Our stay was great. Has everything you need, very clean, comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast: fresh pastries, ham, cheese, coffee, orange juice, what more could you want. There is free public parking in front of the guest house. We will gladly come again.

The staff was super friendly. Asked if I needed anything. Provided me for free with a Baden VIP ticket to have a free entry at the Strandbad - which is the best pool I have ever seen!! Two 50m pools!

The accommodation was comfortable, the rooms perfectly clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. There was also available a cosy patio. The location was excellent, in a quiet part of the town and just a few minutes' walk from the centre.

The host was very friendly and nice, the room was spacious and very tidy. A very good breakfast and a lovely eating space in the morning. A quiet and beautiful place for resting and relaxing. We received vouchers with free entry at the nearby strand/water-park.

Everything was just great. Perfect hospitality, spacious room, good breakfast. The location was also just perfect, parking was easy.

This is a great location if one wants to catch the tram to Vienna city center. 60 minute tram ride from Baden drops you at the Vienna Opera. Very nice place to stay. Great staff.
