Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nice breakfast. Lots of shops around, nice wine bar next door, market in front on a Saturday morning and close to Val Blu (you could even walk). Towels and gowns available for the on site sauna.

Relative sort opening times of the sauna. The portions of scrambled eggs at breakfast too large - rather share if you're with someone or specifically ask for a half portion. But that's just being picky. It's a really good hotel.

there was no reception when we arrived and the waitress from the restaurant had to help us check in. it was friday at 7pm, and she was alone in the restaurant with 1 other waiter and she was so busy trying to do her job in the restaurant friday Night and helping us. this meant that we waited a while before we could check in. But she gave us 2 beers for the inconvenience. she was awesome, doing her best, but it’s not okay not having a receptionist taking Care of new guests. we almost did not ask for a dinner reservation or the 2 beers, because we did not want to take any more of her time.

Big room (“St Peter”) very comfortable bed, pleasant staff, great location in the centre of the pretty town, easily found and reached from the train station.

Our room facilities were a bit minimalist- no proper wardrobe, and we didn’t like the separate toilet with no washbasin. We ate in the restaurant and found the food while flavoursome, lacking in imagination, by which I mean rather lacking in variety of ingredients.

This hotel is very unique, it is definitely one of a kind. I felt like in a playground, it is very fun. We did not expect to end up in Bludenz but the prices in this town are exceptionally good compared to other places we considered. This hotel is very cozy, the staff makes sure for you to have a comfortable stay, they are extremely friendly. We felt really good there. Also the parking option seems very convenient, we did not expect to go from garage with the elevator to our floor in the old town of Bludenz. Our favorite part of our stay was breakfast. The restaurant is extremely cute and cozy and a group of retired local gentelmen meeting each morning made it extremely personal, fun and relaxing. I would definitely like to return, it was one of a kind place with a spirit.

It is more of a unique, cozy, with a theme and spirit option rather than high end luxury hotel. Our room was very pretty, we really enjoyed staying there. It would be more comfortable if there was at least one armchair somewhere in the room, especially since there was a lot of space. It would make conversations after a long day of sightseeing even more enjoyable. :)

The hotel is realy nice, friendly hosts.

The hotel is in the city centre, where is a pedestrian zone. You can't get to the hotel with motorbike and park there. Parking is in the store's garage, but it was not open on Sunday- when we were there. We had to leave the motorbikes in the public parking.

The hotel has been beautifully renovated with the comfiest beds we’ve had so far in Austria. The staff is really helpful and the location is great if you want to stroll around the town. Because of the underground parking that’s available, it was also really easy to go to Brand from here. The sauna area upstairs is great as well. Oh and good breakfast!

The rooms were incredible. Each one so unique and designed around the architecture of building. WOW. Staff incredibly amazing and helpful. And this hotel is in the middle of an incredibly beautiful part of the town, the old town, surrounded by alley ways and paths (only for walking, no cars) and historic buildings/shops. This was my favorite part.

This was the nicest hotel stay ive ever had. The staff were beyond kind and friendly, service was top notch. The room was wonderful and the food in the restaurant was Amazing!! Thank you for being so kind and accommodating. I would happily recommend the hotel, I thought it was very good value!

Beautiful hotel with beautiful room. Location is perfect, in the old town. Appreciate the underground spacious carpark in t he nextdoor mall which is included in the room rate.

Perfect location and we were able to park our car in the garage beneath the hotel/shopping centre. The room was quiet and we had enough space. The breakfast was also very good and because of the good weather we even could have breakfast outside on this nice cozy terrace.

Only thing is that there was no towel rack in our room and the ventilation while taking a shower was quit poor, meaning the humidity was a little bit high.
