Location: Quite good with easy access to town and many outdoor activities. Free outside parking at ~2min's walk with sufficient space. (wasn't full even in Easter!) SPA: Excellent massage from Silvia! Much better than most of my other massages, even at the luxury hotels. She really is one of the best. Sauna area is busy but sufficient. Staff: Very friendly and flexible to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Rooms: Very well designed, modern and upscale looking. Very clean, good heating & cooling, great views to the mountains, comfortable beds. Restaurant & Cafe/Bar: Good breakfast and sufficient options for dinner. Continuous service to outside or inside tables to relax outside dining hours. App: Quite helpful and easy to make restaurant reservations, check menus, etc... Loved the idea of choosing your room (though you have to pay extra and the system is a bit buggy, it worked very nicely in the end). Covid measures: Sufficient to ensure a safe stay. Overall a great stay that exceeded expectations, especially considering the price range.

Restaurant: Food lacks a little in taste but compensates with the different options (we were always full). Rooms: A little "thick" air inside, maybe due to open bathroom design or the carpets. We needed to keep windows open for longer than desired. SPA: Could have been better with longer opening times and maybe a small indoor pool (though there is a very large outdoor facility just next to the hotel). Overall we only had very minor issues that didn't affect our stay.

- Rooms are quiet, which is really important for us. Clean, new furniture, comfortable. - Food was pretty good. The breakfast was amazing. Overall really good quality of food. - Wifi good at the reception. - Great location. - Well trained statt, helpful and friendly (with one exeption). - Very good spa equipment. - Great fitness studio, modern and new.

- NUDE spa! No pool. - Rooms small, no cosmetics. - We were relatively disappiointed from the dinner the first night, because there was a poor choice of main dishes, which weren't also delitious. However the second night the choice was bigger, the food was better. - Wifi connection weak on the 3th floor. - A bit noisy outside, but good soundproofing of the windows.

Very nice and comfortable hotel and room. Staff is very friendly and competent. The spa is very nice and with a view on the mountains. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of products and made on demand eggs. Super modern ski room to dry and keep your equipment warm. Free parking close by.

Diner was not of great quality and expensive for what it was. Need to take the car to go anywhere.

The room was nice, good size. View on the small river was very zen. Hotels surroundings are excellent for active holidays. Spa is really nice and clean. And I have to say amazing breakfast. 10/10

Only one thing and that is the toilet as there is no sink in it. Not a big issue but just I have noticed.

You need to make a reservation for breakfast, indicate the time slot you're coming (if it´s still available) - very inconvenient and annoying. Then, they ask your vaccination certificate every morning before entering the breakfast area - that´s just too much.

I was pregnant during our short stay. The staff made an extra effort to make me feel comfortable, give us a nice table, carry things for me… This was unexpected. Very friendly service, great food with lots of choices, everything very modern and clean. We’ll come again in summer with the baby!

It was an amazing experience, the location is great, and the spa, the gym and the breakfast were top.

The only issue was the AC in the room, pretty loud and it went on and off often. It wasn’t very easy to fall asleep!

The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were really clean and comfortable.

The location was not really convenient. There was not really much to do lose to the hotel. The dinner was not value for money.
