Vienna House by Wyndham Martinspark Dornbirn

Very friendly staff! Very good breakfast with a large choice of cold and warm dishes/items. We rented e-bikes. They were in very good condition and at a good price. The hotel was designed by a well-known architectural firm from the region. Some details are a bit dated, but it has aged very well / has been maintained very well.

A couple of things were not so great. 1) The coffee from the automatic coffee makers (at breakfast/in restaurant) was really bad. The coffee was very weak/not aromatic...cappuccino tasted like water with milk, espresso just as bad. 2) The fan in the bathroom did not work, so it got steamed up really fast. Not a big deal...but 3) because of that one could see that the glasses in the bathroom were not new/clean. They had just been "wiped" and set back. :-(

Although there was an error in the rate and room type on the booking.com, the hotel manager on duty gave the room at the booking rate. Thank you! We needed to print a document urgently in the middle of the night and the duty manager, Mr OSCAR, went out of his way to deal with our special request, thank you very much. We will stay at your hotel again next time. The Hotel is very closed to the city center.

Poor insulation of the room door Crowded breakfast zone, we were literally disputed by a staff complaining that we seated on a table « prepared for the evening ». Hopefully, another lady was much more friendly, but the reaction of the other is unacceptable… this is what I’ll keep as a shocking souvenir from this hotel.

We travelled to Bregenz for the Festspiele and all the hotels there were fully booked. This hotel was within a 10 min walking distance from the Dornbirn train station, where frequent local trains take you to Bregenz in less than 15 mins. The room was bright and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, with many choices of both warm and cold options, bread, pastries, juices, and coffee.

the position close to Dornbirn pedestrian centre easily accessible from the hotel, the garage, breakfast buffet, cleanliness of the room, the possibility to open the windows in the room to let fresh air in from the internal courtyard.

Everything seemed perfect. Hotel was clean and well situated to everything one needs. The staff very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent.

An electric kettle and a small fridge in the room would be a great asset.

Very good hotel in a very convenient location and one of the cheapest in the area. Decent breakfast.

The hotel staff although I would never say they were unfriendly, they often seemed indifferent.

Very big room with good amenities. Nice and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast with good varieties.

The bed could have been a bit wider, we do like our space while sleeping. But ok for one night.
