The location is new and in a an excellant condition. The owner and the people are very friendly. The room is big and equipped with a big TV screen. Sanitary is perfect and everything for that price range perfect. You feel that the equip the room with a certain passion and not just offer a simple bed and sanitary situation. Breakfast has a big variation and is more than in other hotels with similar price range. You get also the impression that they want to make the breakfast and put more passion with their small candys like Mozarella and biiger range of cheese, etc. Overall the people in the hotel are totally friendly and quick in their job. Parking place was also avaiable and the neighbourhood was some restaurants. The hotel is also perfect for one night stops for long trips. The distance to the mighway Bregenz to Insbruck is in short distance approx. 1.5 km, but enough distance to avoid any noise from the motorway.

Unfortunatly no elevator, they have room over two or three floors. But the open describe this on their description as well. But stirways are big anough. It looks like they are only their in the morning and from 4pm in the eveing. But you cann call them obviously. The hotel has no 24/7 recpetion.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy late check in - just grab the key from the lockbox! Breakfast was excellent - so many options to choose from! Loved the easy location just off the Hohenems junction, making it a great place to stop for a night while traveling.

The room we had was too warm, even with the windows open. The way the window shade works means that we couldn't have good airflow and maintain privacy.

The location was perfect for the purpose of my travel by car, just across the border from Switzerland and easily accessible (2 min from main connection). Situated in a quite area and within walking distance of two good restaurants for dinner. AMPLE parking (for free) just outside the building and an excellent breakfast.

For the purpose of my travel everything was fine, nothing not to be liked.

Great breakfast, fresh fruit and lots of choice. Immediate friendly help when inquiring about getting a kettle for the room to have a cup of tea at night.

Breakfast. Varied, fresh, tasty. Beds comfortable. Rooms plain but clean. Hohenems during summer offers much more than we expected

If hotel offers 3% discount in case of paymant by cash, one would like to be informed in advance. One pillow smelled ugly.

Everything was clean. Receptionist was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Just one point can be mentioned: fridge is not available in the room.

The overall location, service and comfort levels of the property

An elevator for the upper floors would have been really good. It was difficult to lift heavy baggage to the rooms by climbing stairs>

The property was really clean and calm, despite its being beside the street. Most importantly the staffs were really friendly and amazing.

Very conveniently located as the "last chance before pricey Switzerland" for a stop-over on a long drive. No frills, nice design, clean, good breakfast buffet. Dornbirn down-town is very close for a nice stroll and dinner to wind down after a long drive
