Gutwinski Hotel

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained! It is in a great location and was close to a parking garage since it is a pedestrian only area. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our 2 families were placed close to each other in a private hallway which was awesome and so nice of the staff to accommodate us with a baby. The rooms were cozy and beautifully updated. The restaurant had wonderful food and great service!

We arrived to breakfast the last hour it was open and there wasn't very much food left. They didn't replenish anything even though there was an hour left to serve guests.

There was no way to stopper the bathroom sink when washing. Only alternative is to leave the water running, which is a total waste and quite annoying. It is not that the stopper was missing, the sink was designed not to allow it to be filled. It is not the the first time I have come across this design and it really baffles me as to what is the objective. Also, as a non German speaking visitor, the search for English speaking TV channels is painful. They are scattered throughout the hundreds of other channels. You could spend an hour trying to find them. A simple program guide or a logical sorting of the channels by language would be most helpful.

room, hotel and staff were great

unfortunately, the hotel location is a blessing and a curse. each night, we were woken up by drunks roaming streets below and engaging in very loud, drunken shouting. as much as we love the hotel, this was our second try and both times, each night, the awful loud drunks on the street impeded sleep so we prob will find a different hotel next time. not sure why the city doesnt fo more about the ‘problem’.

Great location in the town. The staff were very helpful and always very pleasant. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The restaurant is definitely worth booking at lunch or evening. They serve lovely meals.

Beautiful and smart hotel. I had a lovely stay here and the staff are excellent and thoughtful. Rooms are a good size and very tastefully furnished. The restaurant in the evening is of a high quality, attracting diners from the town, so it is advisable to book a table. The meal and wine were first class and special.

Only minor, but considering how good the evening restaurant is, the breakfast is just fairly standard cold meats and a limited range at that.

Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Great view from the room. Centrally located in Feldkirch, which is a charming small city.

No complaints. The hotel and restaurant seemed to cater more toward a business clientele than tourists, but it was all good.

Our room was spacious. Breakfast was a nice, varied selection of offerings.

Staff seemed to be a bit too formal. Price point for what the area offered was more than we would have liked to spend. But I'm sure the proximity to Switzerland influences the pricing.

Excellent support for a reception and dinner party for 39 invited guests during my stay. Very supportive and creative staff. Wonderful location. Well appointed and comfortable.

Wonderful comfortable place. The room was very cute with the dormer windows.

The hotel had Ruhe Tag both Sunday and Monday. We had a hard time finding a place to eat in town. Everything had been reserved.

For price we paid felt there would be more amenities and suggestions on things to do in the area.
