The self check in was easy to navigate, which was good news with my 01:00am arrival! The room was spacious and clean with a good bathroom. The coffee machine was easy to use.

No instructions that I saw as to what I should do with my room key, so I just left it in the room. I was staying for two nights so I left my bedroom windows open to air the room. Disappointed to find the cleaner had closed them whilst I was out.

Modern and very clean rooms. You can see on the hotel floor layout that some rooms are much larger than others. We had room 11, with 2 separate beds, which was quite large. Pure luck. Big open shower. Equipped with a nespresso machine. Very well isolated (triple glass windows). Own open parking place.

The Mexican restaurant on the ground floor was closed (on holidays in september...) No possibility to have breakfast in the hotel. They provide you with an address 500m farther, in another hotel, which offers an extensive and good buffet @ €12/p.p. Otherwise there are supermarkets nearby.

The self-check in at the terminal is simply fantastic and enables guests to check in very late in the evening which is always a major problem in smaller hotels and motels that often have very limited reception hours and for me already reason enough to book it. The rooms were clean as well, there are vending machines should you need anything and there is also plently of parking space available right at the motel.

I stopped for only 1 night in my travel from austria to france. Self checkin is really uncomplicated. There were nespresso cups for a caffee in the morning (or evening). There was an honestybar where you can get a soda or beer. Those were 2 unexpected positiv touches. The bed and shower were great. The infobrochure with the map with all the qr codes very handy and clever.

Check in automation worked perfectly, and it has to as no staff is ever in sight. Modern building with modern amenities. Quiet, almost no traffic during the night.

I liked even the location, however, it is not within walking distance of Feldkirch attractions. As most people have at least bikes it is not so important.

- Self check-in was easy and had no problems. - The room was clean but it doesn’t have air conditioning so in summer it might be too hot. Now in October it was okay. - The parking is for free. There is a popular Mexican restaurant downstairs the hostal so sometimes it’s really crowded but we were lucky to be able to park every time.

- No mirror in the room, just in the toilet. - No rubbish bin in the room, just in the toilet.

Easy to check in and out.

Because of the restaurant which is working on the ground floor, so many people are coming and leaving so the parkolatz is full. And some of the drivers not pay attention others’ car. The paint of my car was damaged…

Reservation and room payed in advance with Booking... Thereafter received 2 or 3 emails inviting me to pay again the room via bank wiring ! ! Confusing and not fair when already paid. I don't know if it's a booking error or Hotel problem. That must be solved !!

The room was clean, every day new towels. The check in process was very simple, all was done contactless and had the option to choose 1 or 2 card to be issued. Overall the hotel is in good location and has very good facilities.

The only thing which was a bit disadvantage, is the resteurant or pub which operates in the first floor from 17 till 22. This is not so comfort to enter to the hotel when so many people are there outside, aside of it all was good.
