This hotel was so much better than I was expecting and I was completely charmed by the staff and room. We just needed a place to stay overnight that was close to the train station as we were visiting a local festival in the morning and visiting the spa in town in the afternoon, but this hotel completely surpassed my expectations. The employees were really nice and helpful and the breakfast was exceptional. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was also very good and well-priced. The room had a large balcony with a beautiful view and was full of lovely wooden furniture. If we come to Fugen again, we'll definitely stay here.

Owner and staff were all nice to me, being a senior, Asian American. Breakfast was buffet style with made to order eggs and bacon. Mountain view from balcony is big plus, it was clean and food was delicious. English is well spoken. It was a second stay at this hotel and will return again.

I was a perfect location to go skiing in the Zillertal. The room was good. The staff was very friendly and they served a very good meal. At breakfast you could choose from 3 different menu's and we really enjoyed it. Nice place to go back to.

In bed the pillows were too soft. It took me a night to get used to it. I'm a pretty tall guy and in the shower I could not stand up straight under the shower head. I think this was just in our room because of the sloping roof.

Thomas was a great host, from check in to being our server in the delicious restaurant! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.

Great staff and incredible high value to price ratio. I arrive late and they waited with the dinner for me almost 1 hour after the regular hours. The dinner was very good and the breakfast was also tasty and the selection of food was rich. The personnel was extremely helpful and kind. Despite the location only 50 m from the main road, no noise was heard on the back side of the hotel when my room has the window.

some furniture would love to see the renovation or the replacement, but given the very attractive price of the lodging and the half-board menu, I cannot really complain.

We really enjoyed our stay in this place, location is pretty good, you are close to everything, the staff was exceptional all the time and the food was also very good, especially the dinners!! We loved they had a presents for my daughter at the check out!! 100% recommended 👍🏻

Convenient location from which to explore the Zillertal and mountains. Clean rooms with recently refurbished ensuite bathrooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Terrace restaurant offered extensive menu. Breakfast eggs cooked to order.

The staff were so kind and welcoming!! We really enjoyed everything about our stay and how charming it was. The location was also phenomenal, only 12-14mins to the base of the ski mountain. We will be back for sure!
