The apartment is very modern and tastefully setup. The utensils in the kitchen are also good quality compared to other properties we have visited before. The automatic checkin was very easy and convenient since we arrived late. The view from the apartment window is also nice. There is train track infront of the apartment but the local train is not too loud and only runs until 1800 i think. There is enough parking on the property. The host is reachable by watsapp and he answered our questions promptly. We will definitely visit again.

At checkin we spent quite some time looking for the location of our Appartement, they should provide a map of the building in the lobby.

I really like the location it’s in guide area and it’s center of many activities that we had targeted, so if you want to visit Achensee, Mayrhofen and Innsbruck all of them near to this apartment

We came early around 2 pm without putting in our consideration the check in timing so the check in auto by our self so during this time we made the check in and we see someone tell us the check in at 4 pm without introducing his self or welcoming so I tell hem we will put our luggage’s and then will back with the check in time which is 4 pm and later on he tell me that fine no problem, what I want to see he wasn’t welcoming us our give us a good impression. Sure never back aging for this issue

Location and space was very nice.

The apartment was not cleaned thoroughly. Our apartment was supposed to have a crib in it, and it took almost 30 minutes for one to be dropped off. The beds were clean and comfy, but the base-boards were visibly dusty/dirty and the floors did not seem that clean. I cleaned the floors with wet wipes as our baby was crawling everywhere. I also wiped down the base-boards by the bathroom/hall because our baby was crawling around there and trying to touch them. The bathroom had a sticker on the ceiling from a previous guest. For the cost of the apartment, it should have been sparkling clean. The additional cleaning fee reflects very poorly on whoever is actually cleaning the apartment.

We had a nice and comfortable staying in this place. The check in has a special way by webpage (or app) which was practical and quick. The apartment has a beautiful view of the landscape around. Everything was cleaned, it has all the equipment in the kitchen (oven, pots, glasses, dishes, coffee machine, etc) for preparing something quick during your staying which we liked a lot. Besides, it's close to a supermarket (5 mins by foot). It's a very good place to relax and visit Achensee area (20 mins aprox by car).

The toilet was made with glasses which means that you can see 'almost 'all through. " The check in "is too late and "check out" to early. All the rest was good.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. The location is perfect for those who wants to experience nature. It was well equipped and the host was reachable for any inquiries. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchen is just amazing since it was fully equipped with everything. Before check in, they send you a guide videos for using everything such as vendor machines, washing machines, dryer, how to get in the building and everything else. Thank you Max stodios team.

The appartments are just newly renovated and very well furnitured. Very stylish and high quality, from the beds to the bathroom to the kitchen. Different from the usual typical Tyrolian style. You can choose between one room appartments with all in one room, including a bathroom, or appartments with two rooms, with a very nice kitchen and sitting area. It is located just opposite of the local train station (no trains at night), so very good to reach with public transport. The village is at the entrance of Zillertal, good for everybody who likes the mountains, from cycling to skiing. Nice little lake very closeby.

We were very satisfied with this accommodation. The Studio was very clean and fit out very nice. There was all necessary equipment in the Apartment.

it would be helpful to install more possibilities to hang the clothes in the apartment (e.g. hooks, more hangers,…) to let it dry. We were 3 persons inside and sometimes were difficult to manage to do it after coming back from skiing. a little bit noisy train next to the apartment...

Very modern built and well-equiped with all the neccessities and amenities. Extremely well maintained, clean and well worth the rate, close to alot of main market centres and arestaurant. Apartment building has an in-house wending machine providing everything from food, washing liquids, coffee capsules to drinks.
