Although this hotel doesn't have the facilities of one of the bigger tourist hotels it was in a very good position for catching the ski bus and train to all the ski resorts in the Ziller valley. It is situated just opposite the train station where the ski buses depart and very handy for the little train that goes as far as Myrhoffen. When I used it the ski buses at Zell and Hippach seem to be timed to depart a few minutes after the train arrives - perfect. The owners are very friendly and helpful and the food is good and very filling! It was very quiet when I was there.

Nothing. The terrace at the top of the hotel was being refurbished so I couldn't use it but I'm sure when its finished it will be lovely.

We loved the wellness area. (warm outdoors swimming pool) . Breakfast had plenty of choices. The pizzeria attached to the restaurant is very good and more relaxed than the restaurant.

We would have preferred to have glasses with a bottle of water (even tap water) and some welcome chocolate in the room instead of a welcome drink . No complementary hygiene product. No instruction for the safe box.

Very Kind and profesional stuff, we were late at night, after long trip, kitchen was closed, but chef opened kitchen and cooked to us food. We were very happy, they gave to us very beautifull room with the view to the garden and terrase, restaurant with excelent food! Spa area very clean, outside pool warm! Thank you.

all was very good , very nice breakfast the dinner was very good gym was great the best was the roof top pool, staff very friendly and the location for the train and town very good we had a very nice relaxing 2 days stay , the small train is very nice and there is even a steam train

the ceiling in our room had not slightly repair, but really nothing to stress about

Overall this hotel is good in my opinion, the location is great for Zillertal adventures and you can get on the main road in no time. We didn't have problem with road noise because our room was facing the other way. The breakfast is great in my opinion, it has everything you need and they even have a fresh juice machine where you can make your own apple or carrot juice. The staff is very nice as well and the reception even helped us book a rafting tour since the company we wanted to book the rafting to was speaking only German. Overall a good hotel if you're looking to explore Zillertal.

We had to ask for soaps a few times since the house-keeping did not fill them even though we stayed there for 10 nights.
