The location, it was family friendly, the staff were kind and cooperative

There is no daily cleaning, arranging beds only. They didn’t add amenities until we ask for.

Check in was quick.Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful explained and showed the unit to us.Room is spacious and clean with complete kitchen and tableware set,oven and dishwasher.We are travelling with small kids and the ground floor unit has a garden which the kids can just play in the snowy garden.Our room is facing the main road and has the mountain view as well.Plenty of parking options either behind the hotel or underground.Location is great with next door BILLA supermarket that has fresh produce on daily basis and nearby to the 3k connection cable car kaprun center.Breakfast basket provided daily which has eggs,cheese,juices,fruits and nespresso capsules.Overall great facility with amazing view.Great job to the staff overall and thank you for the colouring goodies for the kids on checkout as well.

This apartment is modern, and well equipped. I would not hesitate to live in this apartment. It had all the facilities one would expect and more - including a coffee machine and dish washer. Two TVs - one in the living room and another one in the main bedroom. Beds are super comfortable. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning. Free parking in a huge and clean garage. Free Zell Am See card was provided with our stay - free entrance to main attractions & discounts to other attractions. Although this accommodation is in Kaprun, it is 10mins drive from Zell Am See centre. During our check in, the receptionist was very informative and explained in detail how the Zell Am See card works.

- the appartment is very big with 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms and a big living room and a big balcony - very good equiped with a big fridge etc - location is very nice (u can walk in 10 min to the center of Kaprun) - the staff is very friendly and helpfull - for each appartment, a. carport and a garage parking is forseen and for free - breakfast is pretty enough (u will get a basket with all what u need) - the summer tourist card is included in the appartment price, so the fee includes a lot of sightseeing places (entry fee etc) and if u use it in a good way, the appartment is nearly for free

- check out, at exactely 10 a.m. the cleaning staff was in front of the door, this was a bit unpleasant

fully equip with kitchenette and free self service laundry. Nice lower ground room with terrace. A basket of breakfast ready in front if the door every morning. Thanks to the staff prepared early breakfast as my request at 7:15am due to my skiing activity in the morning. normally breakfast will serve at 8am. Bus stop across the road within 3 minute walk.

Everything was very good. Very clean,very comfortable, kitchen all included. Love the shower gel Rituals.

We had 1 night as a nightmare. We had young neighbors celebrating birthday all night long. They were shouting, loud music...One recommendation for the hotel is to have a guard for the night for guests like this,because from 20h until 07h there is no one there.

the most thing I’ve liked is their team, very welcoming, supportive, and positive. the apartment is spacious. i would come back here for sure if they change the mattress and have A/C in rooms

the daily cleaning is only for toilets, beds arrangement, and towels. no cleaning for the room, or kitchen. the kitchen surface is smelly. also the bed and pillows is totally not comfortable. the room need an A/C, you cannot tolerate the temperature especially when you sleep, they provide a fan though, yet it is not enough.

The sauna was closed. Bedrooms decor need renovation. Guests should maintain the rooms as the oven was broken and the dining table had some burns.

Staff are exceptional, cleanliness, private parking and offer summer cards for the attractions.

- Our room located at ground floor equipped with balcony and terrace. it was amazing but our room directly front to bridge where all car lights in our eyes if we setting outside 😅, it would be better if increase the plants barrier more. - Same breakfast coming to our room during our 5 days stays ( cheese, honey, juice, jam, eggs but not boiled and breads)
