Everything except the pillows - location - free parking available - the room is enough space for 3 people - the bed matress was comfy - the closet room was spacious with a lot of handles - mirrors everywhere - the toilet is a seperate room from the shower. - the terrace has an amazing view - the food was really good and the variety was huge. I wish I could have taken photos for each section - we had a nice gift at checkout

The buffet and menu did not have any vegan choices. The panorama area with the pool and spa area for hotel guests only was not open.

The room was great, comfortable bed, good shower, spacious, stunning views, some water/soft drinks in the mini bar for free and restocked daily (we thought this was a rather nice touch). Hotel facilities are great, we went to the spa/pools every day after skiing and the kids loved it and so did we. The outside pool that served drinks was very cool. The food in the restaurant was amazing, lots of variety, really good/quality food which was different every night, excellent service. There is a popcorn machine in the bar area and kids really loved that they could get free popcorn every evening. There was nothing we didn’t like in this hotel and we would go back in a heartbeat.

Unfortunately I got a food poising on our last night. Suspect it was due to the oysters as I was the only person in our family who eat them and also the only person who was unwell. But despite this I think this was a great hotel and we had a wonderful skiing trip.

Great rooms with Mountain view and very good bed. Spa and sauna area are top class.

The dinner service and setup for breakfast is strange. Staff tries their best to be friendly but they completely misunderstand customer needs. They seem more occupied more occupied with keeping their system rather than ask what we as guests want. No a lå carte menu, only set menu that should be booked in advance.

swimming pools were so great

Tauernspa is so good that we didn’t want to go skiing. A huge area of so many activities! The water world, the sauna world, the hotel spa, you will not know which to choose first. The room was spacious, with big storing space for the luggage, warm, clean, modern. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Great quality and variety. For dinner there is the buffet and a choice for the main course between 4 menus. Everything we tried the 3 days of our stay was great in taste and presentation. There is a garage on -2 floor and they have trolleys to carry your luggage easily. If you go early the first day they give you access to the spa before the check in. Very friendly staff. Not to miss: •The cocktail hour in the outside 36 degrees pool by the snow. •The big sauna events- especially the rock’n’ roll and the pirate- at 90 degrees and a dive in the cold pool after that! •The panorama glass-wall pool on the top floor. Highly recommended!!!

The whole experience at Tauern Spa was lovely, all interactions felt seamless and friendly. The breakfast buffet had everything one can wish for. And the spa, especially the Hotel only spa with the infinity pool was incredible. Hope to stay here again! Shout out to Hannes, thank you for the wonderful morning hike.

It was a heat wave in Europe during my stay and the hotel room definitely got too hot even with coolest AC setting, probably 26 Celsius. At night with open windows around 2am it was okay though plus probably rare to get these temperatures in Kaprun.

It is a beautiful hotel, plenty of indoor and outdoor pools, very good restaurant and the rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very kind. We stay there for a week with two babies and the staff was very generous, thoughtful and accepting. My wife tried the spa, full-body massage, and said it was great also. There is a free parking near the entrance and we found a place to park everyday.

A little bit far from Kaprun (15-20 minutes).. But it can be a lovely walking (nice weather, beautiful fields around and zero elevation)

Great position, 5 minute by car to the glacier Kitzeinhorn, 10 minute from lake zel am see, fantastic thermal center so clean and organized, nice gym and swimming pools. Great breakfast , dinner not so good ( in italy we cook better..). One particular mention to Hannes the man who propose excursion so professional and kind. The bycicle tour of the valley and around lake for me and my son was unforgetteble !

Maybe customers are only germans and austrians, i prefere more cosmopolite

The best thing about this hotel is how friendly and helpful was the staff - we felt welcomed and they made our stay very relaxing and special, thank you! The facilities are great, the room is clean, spacious and stylish, even better than on the pictures. We loved the food, bar, spa, variety of swimming pools and saunas, gym, yoga classes, kid’s activities, everything really. We had an amazing week in Tauern Spa and we would be happy to come back!

Nothing at all
